I'm not sure how name change works. I'd like keep the assets but maybe change the looks, description and background of the character. Is there an explanation on how it works somewhere? Do I get new create a character prompt when I log in or does it just literally change name in db and everything else stays the same?

Hello guys, question for the staff I guess. I am coming back from long break and I don't feel connected to my characters anymore. I do have a name change available but I was wondering if maybe correct way to start a new character would be deleting one of those I have and requesting asset transfer from the other? I have large chunk of assets that are not needed on my old characters and I was planning on roleplaying a business dude.

Simplest way of re-creating a stock market would be if there was a set amount of stocks and everyone owning one could be able to sell theirs at the price they set, then if anyone wants to buy they buy the lowest priced one. With that in mind we also need companies that would pay out the dividends. That kind of setup would be hard to influence from a group of players (OOC deals to push for some stock). But would still require a lot of regulations and supervising since it would be a way of transferring wealth from one character to another. It is a system that I would love to see on the server but not an essential one and dev hours are probably better spent elsewhere. I'd also love to work on such system if needed.

After reading the last update saying that cash won't be used as much and you could get robbed for any amount I thought it would be nice if truckers didn't have to carry few thousand on them at all times.

Tried to install Visual V but when I launch RAGE, GTA launcher just updates/overwrites the file. What am I doing wrong? NVM, found it in back in this thread
