My oh my.

The old Kawaii model was severely broken. It had buggy materials, textures, bad model scaling, the performance was overpowered for it's looks and price, and the modding options looked... questionable. And like some people here said, it was a copy/paste model from Forza with lore badges. Even the author of the mod himself admitted that the old version was garbage. The new one has been properly remade from scratch, now being a proper lore mix-up of design cues of a couple of IRL car models, just like any other GTA car ever. The handling has been balanced to mimic the one of it's IRL counterpart - nimble, responsive, and fun to drive. And the new modifications look pretty tasteful if applied correctly. Therefore, coming back to the old model is literally a step backwards, which is not where the server developers wish to head towards to. I really like the current mod, and I would want it to stay with us for the time being.
