Last accusation: There's not really much to say here, when you enter / exit a door, players, and items alike take a while to load in. I shot at the first person I seen which was you, and then secondly Eunmi. Here's the thing though, there was no "flicker" you're both sitting afk, in animations, not paying attention to your surroundings. I shot the person farther away firstly, then turned to the person right beside me and killed them. If "hitbox" was used, then Jang would've most definitely got caught in the cross fire, while I was shooting you.

- Eunmi was not involved in any attack by now, nor her vehicle was ever at some shooting
- On the moment when you came, my car was not even spawned in-game
- @Thekillergreece I still see no proof here on how Eunmi and Miyo were IDed from them since we were barely included in this war
- Your identification was indeed poor, because as you said yourself "ended up being a part of the faction", sounds like you killed first, then waited to see if we're part of the faction.
This also is not your first time that you fail to identify target properly.
@Thekillergreecelet me know please if any additional info is needed from me or Miyo, to highlight I still don't see video from him, his POV of shooting which should be standard since he's faction leader and participant in the war. These videos from God knows when, don't prove anything.

Accusation 4 (50 words): I also want admin to take a look at how Javier flickered here, aiming 3rd person who was not killed, then switching to Miyo and me, this is not a natural aim as well, most likely cheat, I'd ask him to provide his video as well, but as usual he'll say he didn't record one. In 1 second he went from looking at the wall, to aiming DV (3rd party who was not killed) and then shooting Miyo in the head. We can also see his bullets passing by Eunmi, and I still got damaged, cause of extended hitbox.

Hello, Eunmi Jang here, I will start from the beginning :
The reporting party walked into my car (which was turned on) while I was afk (that's on me as I wrote on /cb sry, and I continued to rp) and he pointed a gun at Eunmi, at LT turf, who is a high-rank character in the illegal faction.
His first line of /me was subpar and not really understandable since he didn't clarify how exactly would Eunmi be frisked, but just "feels throughout her figure". IF they were on the street, it would be ok, but he was in her car after all, which would realistically require him to move over the seat, in order to frisk her. Upon my questions on /do to be more precise how Eunmi would be searched, I didn't get a clear answer.

Now we come to the part, where he found the gun.. somehow, without specifying that he's leaning over the seat, or that he's searching at the exact place where I specified the gun to be.

So, logically if he tried to snatch her gun, he would have to reach behind Eunmi, where the gun was located, tucked into her sweatpants, behind her back. So, while he was doing that Eunmi decided to step on the gas, and hit into nearby tree to stun the Mask, and of course, she got out and started to shoot him, since he said he would blow her brains out, and held a gun on her head, so DM accusation is not valid.The way I see it, the reporting party was in a rush to finish the whole robbery, not even giving me a chance to respond, spamming /rob 3 times, and doing subpar line

I clearly specified the location of the gun, which was not in her leggings but tucked behind her back.
To summarize, the reporting party failed at the following :- Failed to specify frisk locations, was just subpar /me ( * Mask_CC675_40 begins to feels all throughout her figure, looking for anything that could be value.)
- No fear RP, he knew where he was, once Isiah showed up, clearly seeing Mask holding a gun onto Eunmi, all he did was /me keeps eye on Isiah
- The line * Mask_CC675_40 comes across the Glock while searching through the leggings, wasting no time to snatch ahold of it, doesn't mean that he snatched her gun, but as I've said he would have to lean over the whole car to take it, where Eunmi, a person who was in this kind of situations before, used the opportunity to smack into the tree and attempt to kill him, which she succeeded. DM accusation simply doesn't make sense.
- I don't believe PG occurred from my side since Eunmi killed people before, and with Isiah being there, Eunmi just took her chance to surprise the robber, while he was reaching for her gun, which is located on her back.

I believe PG rule is pretty clear in these situations, there was no need to rush anything and do 3 /robs in less than 2 minutes and also he never specified with /me that he was reaching for the gun behind her back, but tapping her leggins instead, but anyway he should've stopped searching after first /rob according to the rule :

SAFETY MEASURES IMPLEMENTED IN ROCKFORD MALL TUNNEL

The Rockford Mall in Burton has long been a popular spot for shoppers and visitors alike. With new businesses being opened, what it seems to be every day now, the mall is getting more and more visitors every day. A variety of stores such as clothes stores, jewelry, music equipment stores, and fast food the mall is quickly becoming a popular place in the city.
However, a particular area of the mall has always been problematic—the tunnel. For years, this tunnel has been the place of numerous accidents and near-misses, often causing drivers to argue if the road is a one-way road, or not. Finally, this should come to an end as safety measures have been implemented to regulate traffic flow and prevent further incidents.After years of accidents, arguments, and physical altercations, the authorities have taken action. The installation of clear signage indicating the tunnel as a one-way street is a huge step towards enhancing safety. Now, drivers entering the tunnel can't unsee the directives, reducing the likelihood of head-on collisions and confusion.

Additionally, barriers have been placed to enforce the one-way rule and prevent drivers of going the wrong way. These barriers not only increase safety but also provide pedestrians with a lot more safety and confidence, that in case they decide to walk to the other side of the street, they will not be run over by someone attempting to drive in the wrong direction.
According to our investigation, the main cause of accidents, and people driving the wrong way was a popular navigation app that majority of people were using, which was actually leading the drivers to go trough the tunnel driving in the wrong way. We have tried to get in contact with the publishing studio, that posted the app, but we were not able to get a statement.

One thing that remains a mystery is, who actually gave the work order from the authorities. In any case, we're happy that citizens of Los Santos now will be able to drive through this tunnel peacefully, without having to worry that a vehicle will come from the opposite direction, and cause a head-on collision.
