  2. BABY INSANE CRIPS GANG The Insane Crips or the Insane Crips Gang are the largest African-American gang on the east side of Vespucci. The Baby Insanes are a clique of the Insane Crips that is located on 23rd Street in Vespucci. The Insane Crips Gang fall under the 3x card or the Trays. VESPUCCI DIVIDED The Rollin 20s Crips joined together with the Insane Crips as they both shared the same goal, fighting off Longos 13. However, due to an argument between the two groups, lives began being lost. This was unexpected as families in the area consisted of members from both groups. The police believed that in the 1980s, the Longos 13, Insane Crips and Rollin 20s made up for around ninety percent of the murders in Vespucci. On November 23rd, 1993, a famous rapper from the Rollin 20s gang was leaving his apartment in the Palms area when he saw a man causing loads of commotion as he was approaching a red light. He decided to park up and see what was going on, that is when the individual's friend pushed him back into some bushes and played it off as his friend forgetting to take his medication. As he was getting ready to drive off, the man ran out of the bushes and reached in his pants for a weapon. Sadly, he wasn't quick enough and the rapper's bodyguard shot him. The victim's name was Philip "Little Smoove" Wolbermariam who was identified to be a member of the Insane Crips Gang. On March 6th, 1999, a Rollin 20s member named Kenneth Wilson a/k/a Kebo was driving through the ICG area with two of his friends in the backseats of his car. Kenneth saw a group of individuals wearing Raiders clothing and decided to pull over and question them about where they're from. When they replied that they are from Insane Crips, he started to get aggressive. He drives off but for whatever reason decides to make a U-turn and pull up on them again. One of the ICG members shouted "Ain't you Kebo from 20s?" before shooting Kenneth and killing him. THE WAR THAT NEVER ENDS - Long live IndiankBoy#3 On December 18th, 2018, a well respected member of the Insane Crips Gang, Sequan Dorsey, known better by his alias IndiankBoy#3 was standing in front of a corner store on Lewis Ave near an ongoing house party he had attended just 20 minutes prior. A couple of minutes later, two hooded individuals believed to be members of a bordering rival gang Longos 13, entered the store and Sequan followed them inside. In a drunken state, Sequan shouted at the duo and started asking where they're from. A short argument ensued, but it quickly turned physical after CCTV caught one of the hooded figures pulling a large knife out from his waistband and stabbing Sequan twice in the neck area before sprinting out of the store. The store clerk that had witnessed the whole scene unfold dialled 911 after Indian Boy also ran out of the store with both hands placed on his neck. The authorities quickly arrived on scene, but it was too late as Sequan was already found actively bleeding to death on the ground just a few yards from the corner store. The death of Sequan Dorsey truly shook the community to its core, as he was one of Insane Crip Gang's most active and influential members. ICG's youngest generation, known as Baby Insanes, swore to avenge Sequan's death. Ever since then, the hatred and violence between the two rival gangs grew expeditiously, with bodies dropping on both sides. Operation "Site Down" A fraud gang suspected of swindling a US-based company out of some USD 455,000 has been taken down in raids across Vespucci led by investigators from the local PD. With investigations on-going, the operation led to the arrest of three people allegedly linked to the Vespucci based street gang Baby Insane Crips . The suspects allegedly bought luxury vehicles with the proceeds of their crimes. The suspects – three men aged between 18 and 22 – are believed to be key figures in a much larger group involved in fraud and money laundering. The group is also believed to be behind romance scams, using fake online identities to lure vulnerable men and women to transfer money. Romance scams generate millions of US dollars worldwide. “Taking advantage of globalization and digitization processes, criminals are able to commit financial crimes with increasing efficiency and sophistication,” said one of the arresting officers. The Baby Insanes Today The Baby Insane Crip Gang remains as one of the largest African-American gangs in the Vespucci area and they continue to grow by the day. They engage in multiple illegal activities and continue to cause havoc in the streets of Los Santos. According to sources their area is in the top ten most dangerous areas in Los Santos, stating that anyone who attempts to walk through there at any time of the day is likely to be pressed and questioned by local members. There are multiple reports of civilians being robbed in the area every week which has brought a lot of attention to their hood. There are also some younger members from the canals that rap and are slowly starting to gain attention from record labels due to their talent.
