    It is unfortunate, but in past suggestion of this type, it was clarified that the server and its logs run on UTC time regardless of DST. It is just a thing you gotta get used to, and you will see regular events and openings adjust to the time being one hour ahead, too, by opening "an hour earlier" than usual.

    No one did a Purge joke yet? Damn. But yeah, as others have mentioned - people will just log off or disappear in interiors to wait out the purge hours; Which leaves robbers fending against robbers on the empty streets of Los Santos. Other way around, those that do wish to rob (and optionally only do that very thing) log off during non-purge hours because they believe there is little to do for them.
