Shooting and driving aren't based on writing. This roleplaying game includes those. Therefore this roleplaying game is not based entirely on writing. I don't know why you think stating a falsehood and then putting a question mark after it makes you right? It is silly nonsense.

Yes, thank you, I am not trying to justify the mass blasting of children or large brawls or sexual predation, as some people have implied or outright suggested I am trying to do. I am just trying to have the rules be more well-defined. If the rules are ambiguous or unenforceable, this will cause confusion for all and grounds for arguing for certain stuff. And all I want is the possibility of an American History X ending-style roleplay scene maybe happening, simply because I do not agree with ill-defined blanket bans [I could theoretically machete a teacher to death with these rules though]

The obsession with 'realism' held by most of the members of this community is a means of deflecting away from themselves the realisation that they spend most of their time living in a fantasy world. As soon as realism is done away with, real fun and creativity can begin. What is 'realism'? It is, in itself, an empty concept devoid of content. To be realistic means nothing more than to 'correspond to some given, presupposed concept' which needs to be framed and defined (and has not), without which definition and framework, it is an abstract and unknown idea, and is consequently completely meaningless and an argumentative tool used by people in this community (usually with formal authority or informal authority - that is to say, reputation) to force their personal viewpoints on others. It is an ironic turn of fate for those actual roleplayers that those who most commonly speak of Realism are the elite of an online roleplaying game community, and therefore are the ones least likely to know anything about it.
