Chinese: 罗伯特, Pinyin: Fù Luó bó tè known as Robert Fu AKA Luca Brasi, is a prominent criminal figure within Textile City's Chinese underworld with ties to Hoy Ping Tong. Fu grew up in Oakland Chinatown District (屋崙華埠). He was born in an immigrant family, his parents worked as shoemakers. Fu was a victim of discrimination throughout his childhood and encountered cultural clashes within the Chinese community between newly immigrated people and those who were American-born and had assimilated the culture. With his parents coming to America without savings because most of their money were spent on their transportation to the United States of America, eking out an existence below the poverty line, Fu began working under various individuals. Fu left Oakland in the early 2000s for a more thriving San Fierro. He worked as muscle and tax collector for Larry Li "Limpy (跛行)", a key figure within San Fierro's Chinatown. Fu later earned the street moniker "Luca Brasi" for his involvement in a murder of another key figure in the Chinese community. Allegedely, he carried out most of the hits for a now defunct criminal Tong, Bo On Tong (保安堂). His criminal activities included robberies, smuggling drugs, and kidnapping for ransoms. Present day, Fu moved in Los Santos Chinatown District (纺织城), San Andreas, and engages in the small-scale trade of heroin and methamphetamine. Fu had formed a formidable criminal partnership with Sonny Choi, alongside him, they run the ATM Mafia under Eightfold Zhou's criminal syndicate. TBE
