You did not see my /b you were to far. And I did not know that. My game bugs out sometimes, I think its due to a graphics mod or something I have. And takes FOREVER to load. 10-15 minutes everytime I want to play. I was trying to get it relaunched and it never fully closed out of the game, so it wouldnt relaunch and was just a nightmare. I eventually gave up and kinda figured this report would be here.
Edit, I also dont believe i crashed into any walls? I hit a pedestrian in mirror park but that wouldnt render my car useless. I have a video of the last 5 minutes of me running, and my car was in perfect condition visually up until the spikes glitched and threw me up into the air. So I'm not sure where this man is getting I hit walls.

Lol what? I get what I was doing was kinda trollish, but deathmatching? I never damaged you, didnt hurt you at all and didn't intend to hurt you. And I quit the game after you killed me, I didnt /fixrevive. If I log in now I will be in the same location. Homie reporting me for stuff he has no reason and with no evidence too, trying to get me in trouble. Like okay.
Only thing I'm guilty of is ramming i guess. I was initially gonna try to rob you somehow and was thinking of a way to do so. I rammed you at the beginning to initiate some kind of RP but you failed to RP anything. So I kept doing so. -

Who was holding what gun at the scene, the black male was holding the pistol. The white male was holding the shotgun. What casings were collected at the scene. Pistol casings. So unless im black how did i attempt murder?
Also a shotgun and a pistol are the most common weapons. So of course they match weapons I had, a lot of people have those same weapons. But nothing else matches me to those weapons other than the fact i own ones similar.
There is nothing placing me to the scene of the crime. And nothing points me to being the driver of the sultan at the time it evaded.
I didnt even get a trial by jury. This is preposterous.

"I dont get how I did not cooporate with my defender. I told him the situation, he refused to defend me. I have a right that if I can not afford an attorney one will be apointed to me. Your honor, I have less than $40,000 to my name. Are you going to find me a lawyer for $40,000? I am still in jail and resources for finding such thing is scarce.
In a Marsdens motion, it states that a new public defender will be appointed, keeping true to my right to be appointed one. If the state does not appoint me a new defender, it is violating my constitutional right, something this court has a history of doing I suppose."

"I told you my public defender is incompetent and basically told me he cant defend my case. By moving into judgements is not fair to me. And i will appeal any conviction if that happens.
The state has broken my right to a speedy trial multiple times with this case. "

"Your honor, I'm tempted to represent myself if this case doesn't get going. I will cut to the chase now, I'm not taking any plea deal. You've arrested the wrong person, and I have now been locked up for a week. Wrongfully may I add. The evidence shows nothing that I committed the crimes I'm accused of. Its absurd and if I continue to be wrongfully detained it will have long lasting effects on my life when I am eventually acquitted of these absurd accusations and crimes.
** Martin Scott holds his head up high, he straightens his jail uniform and looks to the his left at the states lawyer. **

Yes, it was roleplayed. I Rped picking up the pistol as well as 3 or 4 gun casings. Inbetween the time the officers died to when backup arrived.
The pistol and ammo was registered to me, and my PF license so I didnt want it to come back on me.
Damian shouldve been close enough to see the /me's, if he remembers he can back me and the fact I rped picking up the gun and casings

Martin here, once again I am added to a report I should not be added to.
I understand it is a bit sus the fact I moved away right before the situation escalated drastically, however as I walked up to the situation I was told that if I wanted to have the rifle unslung, I would have to step away. So, I slung it and stayed around for a second before unslinging it and walking up the hill to stay away from the situation as I had little to nothing to do with it. I was just hunting.

I was afk at the time of impact, came back right after you were hit and I asked what happened to Anthony, he told me he hit the car with the fender, therefore I went with that. I RP'ed being in a slight daze after the impact, and got out inspecting the damages on both cars. That's about it, if the crash really happened the way you said it did, I would be dead. So-... I'm suppose to RP dead?
Yet your injuries were a banged up head? You would probably be dead, or seriously injured too. Besides the point, this report is made to make me look worse, as I am included in all the incidents, yet was not involved in the majority of them. Once again, I did not discharge any firearm at any scene. I did not drive off any scene.
The scene at the clothing store, where I began to evade the police is a completely different scenario, and should in no way be roped into this report as it has absolutely nothing to do with Dakotah, or once again ME. -

On the initial crash I was not driving, nor was I the one that drove off.
And I was not the one that shot you either, so exactly what rule did I break to be added to this report?
The deputy involved shooting had absolutely nothing to do with you so why are you adding it to this report, and besides that I was not the one that shot, so I don't know why I was added to the report either. Because I continued to drive the Sultan? Because you drove the coquette too.
Or because I evaded the police for an unrelated rp to yours and I's?

All was well with Ms. Thorne, a nineteen year old, fresh high school graduate for the large majority of her life. Shelby was on the path to vast success.
