5th & Hill The 5th and Hill, an extremely small yet widely notorious Mexican gang, established its roots in the Mission Row district of Downtown Los Santos during 70s and 80s. The gang is known for having connections south of the border in Southern America, many of their members being Mexican nationals themselves. Their primary focus was the distribution of Mexican-sourced heroin, which helped them make a killing selling to the wealthy clientele that roamed Mission Row. However, as time went on and the Mission Row area developed, the gang found itself confronted with skyrocketing property prices. This forced the gang to shift further South in search of more affordable housing. The gang is notorious for being one of the few Mexican Gangs that did not adopt the Sureno identity, instead running with the Paisa Car. This earned them the moniker "5th & Hill 16" In which the 16 stands for Paisa. Current Day Today, the gang has evolved into a nomadic entity. While some members still live and are active in Mission Row, the bulk of the members moved and now reside all around Rancho. Even against all odds, the small gang is still around and active. They're hostile to all Sureno sets, and are sworn enemies with 18th Street in particular.
