You used to, but not anymore. The /surgery command was disabled a few weeks ago because it was causing issues to the Online models (I think?) I hope they introduce something similar one day, giving us the option to change PED's hairstyles as well!

Thank you to those who've left supportive comments! 🥰 I thought I'd share a few of my favorite screenies that people have been posting on our Discord. If you've been thinking of joining us but aren't sure if you'd have the time to dedicate to an elderly character—don't worry! You're always welcome to apply for a Pearly Gates Club Membership if your character's an alt; we're keeping eyes on our residents the most due to the limited amount of bedrooms we have. I also wanted to clear up some confusion about whether we're forcing our elderlies to only RP within the home or not. I wouldn't say we're an "elderly TTCF" like someone commented earlier. Pearly Gates is based off of board and care homes. These types of homes aren't like the nursing ones where they force their residents to stay put 24/7. People living in board and care have more independence and are allowed to come and go as they please (unless they're dealing with a cognitive or physical disability/illness). We figured this was for the best since this is just a game and we're not interested in keeping anyone prisoner, and it would show that old folks DO exist in Los Santos!
