  1. On the fateful evening of the 9th of September, Samuel Meza found himself in a situation he had never anticipated. The streets were dimly lit, and the tension in the air was palpable. Samuel was a member of the 36th gang, and he was walking alone through a neighborhood that was known to be hostile territory for his gang. As he strolled down the sidewalk, carrying a bottle of Don Julio, a high-end tequila, he couldn't have predicted what was about to unfold. Samuel had no intention of causing trouble; he was simply taking a shortcut through the neighborhood to get home. However, his presence did not go unnoticed. Members of the 38th gang, known for their territorial nature and long-standing rivalry with the 36th, spotted Samuel. They wasted no time in approaching him, their faces obscured by hoodies and baseball caps. "Hey, what's a 36th doing on our turf?" one of them taunted, his voice laced with hostility. Samuel, trying to defuse the situation, replied calmly, "I'm just passing through, no trouble intended." But it was already too late. The 38th gang members weren't interested in peaceful resolutions. They viewed Samuel as a trespasser on their territory and an opportunity to assert their dominance. Without warning, one of them snatched the Don Julio bottle from Samuel's hand and let it fall to the ground, shattering it into pieces. The sound of breaking glass echoed through the deserted street. Samuel's heart sank as he watched the expensive tequila spill onto the pavement. He knew that the loss of the bottle was the least of his worries at that moment. The situation escalated quickly as the gang members surrounded him, taunting him for being a 36th gang member on their turf. In the midst of the verbal insults, a brutal physical confrontation ensued. Samuel was outnumbered and overpowered by the 38th gang members. Blow after blow landed on him, and he crumpled to the ground, his face battered and bruised. As the gang members continued their assault, they didn't hold back their disdain for Samuel's affiliation with the rival gang. They ridiculed him for being a "36th punk" and made it clear that they wouldn't tolerate his presence on their turf. Eventually, after what felt like an eternity, the gang members ceased their attack and disappeared into the darkness, leaving Samuel battered, bruised, and humiliated on the cold pavement. Samuel Meza's encounter with the 38th gang on that ill-fated night would be a painful memory etched into his consciousness. It was a stark reminder of the dangers that lurked in the world of rival gangs, and a sobering lesson about the consequences of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Good run.
