it needs to be added back. It was a feature already and it opens up so much more customization for peds. Hair too would also be sick if tattoos worked on peds again. i might be wrong but i think they did work before. they vanish after buying them but u can preview them on a ped skin. Sure some tatts are misplaced but many look really good

op didnt say nothing about the economy, its more of a lack of information issue in game wtf is "player gave you (x1) heroin" what are u gonna do with that info ic? sure you can roleplay using whatever amount but it's still gonna consume x1 slot of the drug in your inventory like any other food item. the addiction system should work hand in hand with the decimal system. this should've been added years ago u can roleplay selling 0.6 of a gram but the drug user still receives x1 of a substance so they can roleplay whatever they want with it, which is what the issue is too
