  1. If I remember correctly, the only thing I remember you doing is stating you were dead in a /me. I don't remember you accepting death, Orbit witnessed his disconnect. We even waited around for at least ten to fifteen minutes, then stayed in game for another ten to fifteen at least. You never came back.

  2. You were in a corner, and our vehicles were in front of you in a felony stop formation. There was no getting around, with firearms pointed at you, you decided to accelerate toward us to crash and push our vehicles out of the way. We had no means of getting out of the way, so we discharged a few rounds at you to neutralize the threat. We preserved our lives and safety over your reckless means to escape without acknowledging guns drawn on your person.

  3. Deon was spotted reckless driving through Pillbox, I pulled over another individual and Deon turned back around and came back. He laughed and pointed at the individual that was pulled over, the traffic stop was at an end. So, this is when I pursued Deon.

Deon was pulled over, I asked him to step out of the vehicle. This is when I brought him to the hood of the radio car and performed a terry frisk. Deon denied I would feel a firearm or two ounces of cocaine on his person due to an "inner thigh holster" and the cocaine being in the trunk of the vehicle. I'm not a play to win roleplayer, but this clearly shows red flags and is questionable.

    Evidence per situation:

I disregarded the firearm and the cocaine, and went forward with detaining Deon for the moment. I intended on handcuffing him, and sitting him on the curb while I figured out the next step: pursuing an arrest for reckless driving due to priors, or citing an infraction and suspension of the license. This is when Deon did a singular me of running as soon as he feels Grillo touching him, giving myself no chance to respond.

At this time, a pursuit was initiated. Deon had some of the worst lag I've ever seen, hence why our vehicles look destroyed. He would lag out, and show up behind us and be hitting us in the rear. Not his fault, I'm sure.

Anyway, Deon continued to take us on a high speed chase off-road in which we avoided any unrealistic off roading, to avoid following his behavior. There is several times Deon took his vehicle up steep hills, down cliffs, and even flipped a handful of times. And continued. Deon was eventually pursued on the beach where he blocked himself into rocks, we initiated a felony stop with firearms drawn. Deon drove towards us and we fired a few rounds to neutralize the suspect as we were unable to move out of the way.

Deon died, and moments later he logged off... assumingly to avoid losing his items.

As stated, the vehicle is beat up due to Deon's lag and spawning behind us. As mentioned, I don't believe that was his fault. However, the unrealistic driving and play to win attitude as well as the powergaming is something not easily justifiable.

Whenever I tried to take shadow plays of the incidents, it would save random times. 2 minutes 34 seconds, 8 minutes 23 seconds. I'm not sure if this had to do with the space, etc. I tried to clip the ending scene of Deon trying to ram into us, but was unable to. It saved directly after.

  4. I don’t know your point of view, as I’m not playing from your screen.

You had a long gun, you were committing an armed robbery, you were shot. You didn’t see police, how am I suppose to know that? All I see is two individuals armed getting ready to flee a scene. You’re a threat to deputies and bystanders, and were shot.

Not to mention it’s his time back in a year and a half, and he decided to rob a store? It seems a little subpar to me. At the end of the day, it was perspective based and thats all there is to it.

I personally don’t believe what we did was wrong, nor do I believe we broke any rules.

As stated above, I do understand the suspects point of view and don’t mind if it was voided. It’s situational from both perspectives.

Thank you for hearing me out, please @ with anymore questions in regards to this scenario.

  5. You have to look at it from my perspective as well, two men walk out of a hardware store which we received a call... that were armed, and committing a possible robbery. Anybody would be on edge in that scenario. Now, from our point of view... as seen in the video, we're aiming at the duo. The duo disregard police presence, which at the time I assumed since they began to flee. From your point of view, it simply looks like you didn't see us. Understandable.

Anyway, from our perspective the one wielding the long gun walks away and then stops. It looked like he was about to turn on us, that's when I fired the first shot. I can definitely understand the frustration from your end after seeing your point of view.

We're in no way, shape, or form play to win players. Nor did we intentionally intend to ruin any immersion, it was an impulse of the moment thing. We're used to people just shooting to avoid arrest, I assumed when you stopped and turned a little bit that you were preparing to open fire. So, I fired back and then the other members also returned fire.

I'm alright with the situation being voided, etc. but it wasn't our intention to breaks server rules nor do I believe we did.

  6. You didn't mention how you metagamed a /low on a sidewalk, while Deputy Layton was speaking to you while he was at your driver side door.

All the issues you're bringing up are in character ones. You're being reported for logging out literally seconds after losing us for a second in a pursuit.

  7. Date of incident: 05/JAN/2022

    Rules broken: Common Courtesy

    Your ingame name: John Grillo

Names of witnesses (if applicable): Andre Thompson, Edwin Layton, Rylan Steinmann, Javier Aguero, Luciana Orozco, Walter Vaughan, Thomas Berkowitz

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): Jamal Edwards was pulled over for driving through a traffic control device with no headlights on. He was uncompliant when asked to provide identification, then uncompliant when asked to step out of the vehicle. It was an on going situation for about twenty minutes, when he finally decided to initiate a vehicular pursuit. Units engaged in the pursuit, and as soon as we lost visual Jamal /vpark'd his vehicle and logged out of the game.

Also would like to add we waited upwards to a half hour for the individual to come, which he did not.

  8. Date of incident: 03/JAN/2022

    Rules broken: Common Courtesy, Powergaming

    Your ingame name: John Grillo

Names of witnesses (if applicable): Diego Velasquez, Dulce Castellanos

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): I witnessed Rivera assaulting an individual on the ground on Carson Avenue. He was stomping the individual out, I turned on my lights and sirens when Rivera started a foot pursuit. I chased him through an alley and backyard for awhile, after eventually tasering him when he went to hop of a wall.  I did /me tasers Rivera as he tries to hop the wall. He responded with: /me gets back up, taking the taser. That's subpar, but I allowed it and continued in the pursuit. Anyway, we were on a lengthy foot pursuit when Velasquez approached, he tasered him once but due to sync I assumed is why it didn't register. He shot his taser again, still I assume because sync didn't register the second time he stopped trying. We continued down MacDonald when somehow he went towards a random car that he had the keys to, that was spawned in the middle of the road. I assume he spawned it mid foot chase. At this point, since I hadn't tasered him for awhile, I tasered him when he was entering the vehicle where he disregarded and continued in the spawned vehicle. It was very play to win, especially since I didn't cause a fuss about him roleplaying the initial taser as affectless.

  9. John Grillo here.

I was a little skeptical about the caller knowing where the exact location was due to the call coming from Hawick. However, when I called Blossom down for a statement. He claimed him and another individual were following them when Evans was kidnapped.

I'd like to add on a side note, incase it comes up. This was the morning of Christmas Eve when I was bringing Fredo to Twin Towers Correctional Facility to be processed. The server restarted, he said he would come back, he did not. The reporting player told me Fredo had some things to do for the holidays, in which I understood and told him to reach out to me on Discord to continue once he's around. He failed to let me know, I saw him in game for the first time tonight and placed him.

As stated, it does seem a little skeptical and I know Fredo was upset about the potential metagame. I explained to him that it's nothing something I could personally look into, and instructed him to post a forum report but until then, we'll have to go off of what information we do have in character.

  10. The individuals went through a stop sign, and then saw me and took a right turn into the alleyway. I kept going on the road and did a loop around the block, they saw me again and pulled into the parking lot behind the liquor store on Brouge from the alleyway. This is when I pursued them with lights and sirens for failing to stop at a traffic control device, and then the suspicious activity within the alleyway and the back parking lot. I then instructed them to pull onto the main road, and then radioed in for backup during the traffic stop.
