  1. Having my first character from when I joined GTAW, start off as a mallrat trucker doing petty crimes with a Car club, then bringing that character back to his in lore home LC (NYC) when nervous opened GTAWLC. Developing alot of wealth and becoming fully apart of the illegal scene AND fabricating my own guns such as tec-9s, 1911’s and so on. Then bringing all that wealth back to LS before nervous shut down the economy sharing between the two servers. Oh and starting area 53 in LC and franchising Area 53 to LS. I now have a crime retired character who makes fat stacks and helps fund small time gangs with drug, guns or some money in exchange for services or favors. Glad to see what my character has become in the span of 2 years.
  2. Imma be FR with you, alot of people (including me) dont like being pawns, and instead wanna try and run our own shit. Unless you having control of me benefits my RP and my character, i dont wanna be someones pawn.
  3. I fuck with my samoans. Havent seen this concept at all actually. Go far homies!
  4. Interested in Renting Long term. Or Rent to own.
  5. With my current character being from late 2021, having him be a mallrat, then a criminal in Liberty City when Nervous dropped LC, and now having Area 53 on LS (and technically LC), I learned that patience is a virtue and that in the criminal world, you really gotta be manipulative and calculative. People that can anger you control you. And that some friends are best kept as acquaintances and others as family (corny right?). (And I learned how to make drugs and guns so that too lmfao, god the GTAW community knows more illegal shit than War Thunder players, its crazy)
  6. +1 tired of the stupid constraints that make GTAW unrealistic. “These magical numbers etched into the gun prohibit you from cutting wood and metal off this gun” 🤓 . There is literally no cosmic force that prevents you from sawing a gun with serials on.
  7. Very good guide. The fun part about cells is that it's an illegal take on business management in an illegal setting. Sadly, people who usually roleplay narcos get their idea's and mannerisms from mainstream media like Narcos: Mexico, El Chapo, and other pieces of media. Hopefully people read this and start to portray an accurate portrayal of this roleplay.
  8. Love this guide, I am now a narcissist who puts quality text /do's and shame people for doing the bare minimum. Especially the sonnet rhyme part. Hope this gets a update.
  9. By far, the gun economy on the LS side is horrendous. People who obtain guns, treat guns like a gold reserve or a very rare and valuable item like the Queens crown jewels. When in reality, they are simply firearms for self-defense or offense. Most of it is due to the low and unrealistic supply drop of firearms done to factions and people with the supplier roles. So low that guns are now being traded for drugs and favors instead of money, which I believe was the intention for suppliers. Gun Condition over time: Guns should have a condition status over time and gradually reduced when shooting. IFM can spawn in guns with a condition percentage and hand them out to suppliers, when their clients experience a gun break, they buy or trade in a new one. Or the development team could expand the weapon specialist supplier role with this, so weapon specialists charge to repair and maintain people's guns effectively. Open gun fabrication schemes: I'm surprised to learn that LS does not support gun fabrication schemes. It was a system introduced in Liberty City, which had little to no flaw due to the fact that the common 3D printed schemes were heavily monitored while the creative schemes like mine where I fabricated slam fire tube shotguns. Even CNC machine operators can carve out metals to form a frame to later mix in with a kit is also possible. To go with the idea above, admins could spawn in these guns for gun fabricators with a lower gun condition to reflect the home-made style firearm. There are more idea's that the community could present, but keeping guns extremely rare just hinders the independent illegal scene. People forced to interact with factions to obtain a firearm or PF resellers, when there are a lot of creative and realistic alternatives.
  10. This is a great idea. Not only will it give the player a slight advantage over illegal RPers, but it will remove the roadblock in RP that many legal RPers face as mentioned above. A tax/ price raise for every gun above the monthly limit could be a good idea as making guns expensive passing the monthly limit would make stockpiling expensive and so on.
