COURT SERVICES BUREAU LOS SANTOS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT Effective February 20th, 2024 the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department Court Services Bureau will be offering a variety of services to the community not limited to: Notification of Suit Subpoena Service Cease and Desist Orders Injunction Orders Eviction Orders Divorce Orders Protection From Abuse/Restraining Orders Enforcement of Civil Judgements The bureau is also tasked with handling civil forfeiture of proceeds obtained through crime, this also includes the auction of seized vehicles or properties which is regularly sold to the public.
