I agree, I was very disappointed to say the least when I found out that I was forced into this Utopia where Temptation Island-ready body types are the golden standard. I wanted my character to be fat, which isn't too uncommon for Americans, but was forced to drop out on that idea entirely due to the script limitations therein. If not bringing peds back, at the very least provide an alternative to roleplaying the perfect BMI.

Yes, please do this. All of these things. Why would anyone prefer this unordered and chaotic system over one that actually makes sense? Even if there's only one advertisement a week, there should be sections for easy overview of what you are looking for (or looking to get rid of). When I'm looking for something specific, the addresses don't tell me a single thing. There is a reason why large real estate websites allow you to filter through the results, a lot of people care more about exterior than interior because the latter can always be changed. I support this suggestion and would ask OP to extent it to the other categories as well.
