I think the whole business script should first be updated to include different types of business models, and so should the registration process. Otherwise you get uninformed individuals claiming that every business has shares to give out and that company assets are to be seen as personal assets, whilst in reality it's not that simple. Not to mention that it should be possible to obtain a company bank account upon registration of a business, and not after obtaining a shop script. It's pretty much impossible to any sort of layered structure with companies as it is, which is seriously limiting the roleplay around financial crime, or realistic financial flows in general. Internet businesses without a brick and mortar store can not even be registered right now as the registration process forces you to own a business scriptwise, and even if you circumvent that by simply ticking the box, you still can not get a bank account without going through the shop script application process and praying for the best (without an actual business). Let's say all of that was accepted, you still wouldn't be able to own multiple businesses (whether actual businesses, or a holding company structure) without having to go through the same process again. It should be simpler than that, literally anyone can register a business in real life and obtaining a bank account for it no different. This suggestion only works if the whole system for it receives an overhaul, otherwise it's just creating an unrealistic environment for businesses even further.
