Detailed Description There had been many instances where I was contemplating buying a vehicle, but had no information on how many seats there were in said vehicle. I end up buying it, only to find out the big ass van I just bought is a lousy two-seater. There are clearly other seats for people to hop in, but script wise, it's not an option! This happened to me again recently, buying a quad bike with a back seat only to realize it is just a one-seater. There's clearly a back seat, but our poor characters cannot fit! It's all too confusing and frankly quite unfair once I've already spent the money for it. My suggestion is simple. In the server-side car dealerships, just put a visual cue with a simple number of seats available. Here's an example: Relevant Commands/Items Car dealerships, vehicles. How will it benefit the server? I think it would benefit a lot of people that are not familiar with the technicalities of the cars available/car mods included in the server. This is very clearly an OOC issue that can be solved fairly easily if the players just had the information available in the first place. I buy a quad bike with a backseat thinking it would have room for a passenger (because there's a seat with a damn back rest on it!), but it doesn't! I generally think there could be much more information available in the car dealership screen. Top speed, road capabilities, number of passengers, etc. but felt that this was the most frustrating one. Add this little visual cue to help confused players like me! Thank you.

That sounds like an entirely different problem and I don't think what you're suggesting here solves that problem. More on this below. Doesn't mean I have to totally agree with that, but it is the reality of the situation. Also, I'm fairly certain that these players receive warnings from the administrative team before they are banned. I'm all for keeping the server healthy in terms of its roleplay and level of language speaking skills, but I think the application process should be the only 'test' one would take to be able to enjoy the server to it's full potential. If a bad English speaker had someone else fill out his form, then it should show when said player enters the game, leading to admins banning the player. I see it happen in my chat box all the time. As I said, what I was referring to in my initial reply is if a player actually filled out the application by themselves, gaining fair access to the server. If I'm piecing this correctly, what you're suggesting is giving the player who lied on their application process another chance, even though their initial entry into the server was completely bogus. This then creates more issues beyond English and roleplay levels, such as said player not reading the rules or having no understanding of how the server operates. I think you're bringing up an important conversation here, I just don't think your suggestion does any good for the problems you're bringing up.

I'm dead. In all seriousness though, I strongly disagree. You shouldn't gatekeep a server based on how good someone's English level is (obviously depending on the severity, but I doubt they would pass the initial test if they had that much of a lack of English speaking skills in the first place). I've seen plenty of players that roleplay well, but their English isn't the best, and that's totally fine. The way they improve is by continuing to play and receive helpful feedback from their peers. Implementing any system like this is going to do more harm than good. Why scare off potential great players just because their English levels aren't that of a native English speaker? A lot of people play video games to get away from that kind of stress. Throughout my years on SAMP, I've seen plenty of players improve their language speaking skills through roleplay, both in text and voice. It's actually crazy how much this format can improve a player's English speaking levels. In conclusion, you aren't forced to stick to anyone with sub-par English levels. If you see someone struggling, send them a quick PM, giving them some helpful feedback (without being a dick, of course). If they show improvement, awesome! You've just made the server more immersive for yourself, and for everyone else.

Honestly, clubbing. While it is fun and all, I think it happens way too often and can be super repetitive and time consuming. I see a lot of people spending their entire session dedicated to going to clubs. While there is some good roleplay that could happen inside of a club, it's always nice to shake things up a bit you know? On a different server, I used to be one of these people. All I would do is log in, hop a bunch of clubs and bars, then log out. I then realized I wasn't really roleplaying as I wanted to, just doing the same thing over and over and it got me burnt out. Don't get me wrong. It's fine to roleplay the whole club scene, and I think it's very true to the setting of Los Santos that it would be a bustling scene. I just try my best to avoid it being the highlight of every session.
