    Thanks PM!

I've already taken some time to thank our community as a whole, but I also wanted to call our the Property Management Team specifically. I spend a lot of time in their Discord and have gotten acquainted with a handful of them and I can safely say that they've been some of the absolute best administrators I've ever met. My time talking to them and learning from them has been an absolute pleasure. With that said, I just want people to remember that it's a small team handling a /lot/ of work, so as our Lease Request cycle comes to an end, please be respectful and give them some time to sort through the leases. We're all human and we all have lives! Exceptm Wuhtuh. They area pretty kitty.
  3. Project: I've recently purchased a new apartment in Tinsel Towers and I'm looking to have it completely renovated from the ground up. What I'm looking for is somebody with a keen eye for design that is able to help me achieve this goal. There will be a lot of freedom offered for the project. All I ask is that I see a portfolio. Design: I'm keen on a more modern, sleek, minimalistic design. I'm really fond of plants and water, so I'd love if the place had a good amount of plant life and a fountain or two. As for the rooms and layout, I'd love two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One being for the master bedroom, that is. Other than that, I'm open to creative freedom from the designer. Budget: Total: $600K. The breakdown is $300K for the build, $300K for the designer. I'm willing to increase these payouts as needed. Timeframe: The sooner the better. If the work gets started quickly, I don't mind it taking a while.

    Thank You!

I just wanted to say thank you again for everybody showing their support on my post. It genuinely means so much to me to see everybody coming together and being so friendly.

    Thank You!

I’m uncertain where I want to start this as a whole, so let me just start with a simple “Thank You”. I’m so, so happy that I’ve found community within GTA:W and made a big family. Between the forums, Discord, and in game friends I’ve made, it’s crazy to think that I’ve only been a part of the server for going on four weeks now. I’ve met many people, and I have a hard time thinking of anybody that I wished I hadn’t met. Every one of you has brought with them some sort of positive experience for me, and I cherish you all for that. The last time I felt a belonging in a game like this was back in Rift, an MMO, when I first started Role-playing eight years ago. It’s been roughly six years since the last time I felt like I really belonged somewhere, and it’s all thanks to the amazing people I’ve met. This has become a proper family for me, and I never want to lose that. Even mods and Admins who usually shut themselves in from my experience have been so welcoming that it scared me. A good example would be @Wuhtah, whom I’ve had nothing but positive experiences dealing with. I’ve been able to /report the smallest things, and the admins didn’t bat an eye. They were just happy to help me with my silly issues. I ask a question in the support channel and I get honest answers or people doing their best to help me ASAP. Other communities I’ve joined just spend all of their time trolling no matter where you go. Don’t even get me started on the quality of Role-play I’ve found on the server, as well. Sure, there’ve been a few people who were a little rough around the edges, but everybody starts somewhere. For a server with people from all over the world and plenty of non-native English speakers? I’m shocked to find such high-quality play. So I say again... Thank you from the bottom of my heart for existing and being here. I've nothing but happy memories over these fours weeks of us spending time together, and I hope for an endless run.
  7. Major swat vibes. I love this and can't wait to see it develop. 🙂
  8. "What is Blue Water Logistics?" Blue Water Logistics, or BWL for short, is a one of a kind Trucking Company. Our family offers its drivers the best possible compensation and benefits packages in the business. Our beautiful blue family does everything in its power to make sure that its drivers are handsomely rewarded, as we don't just want them to dip their toes in the business, we want them to make a life in it. But maybe they don't want to make a life in it? Well, we don't discriminate! We accept employees on a Part-Time basis, as well! "What can I expect from working for BWL?" We're glad that you've asked. We like when potential employees ask us questions, as it shows they have a keen eye for detail and they care about the future. You don't want to get ripped off, and we don't want to rip you off! Let's outline some of what we offer below. Pay: 93% Commission on Weekdays, 95% Commission on Weekends. Currently we are working on structuring added bonuses, such as when our drivers increase the ranking on their license, as well as bonuses for when our drivers regularly complete an average of 10 deliveries a day over a full week. You heard right, ONLY 10 deliveries a day to earn a bonus! Benefits: The benefits that we extend to our drivers beyond their normal pay is fairly straight forward. We have an Employee of the Month program in which we handsomely reward our best driver over the span of the month. And no, you don't need to be with the company at the start of any given month to achieve this, nor is it tied to the amount of deliveries completed. Our drivers will be issued a company vehicle in which they are able to make deliveries with, insurance and fuel provided. And should some gang member attempt to rob you, we'll make sure that the officers that arrest them make sure their kneecaps have a nice little accident on the way to jail! Not enough? We also intend to host monthly events, such as drift competitions, drag races, and cookouts! All of which has the goods supplied by the company. "What experience do I need?" Close to nothing! Drivers must be 18 with a valid Driver's License and when you come to the company, you will be required to test for your Trucking License ((20 Hours in Game Time, no actual test)), other than that our Supervisors have provided the best possible care for new employees by creating a Trucking Manual. It outlines everything that it takes to be a driver. Need a little extra TLC? We can provide a Ride Along to show you the ropes! "I'm interested. What's the next step?" The next step will be to contact any of the following Team Members in order to apply. If you have any further inquiries, you're also welcome to send questions, comments, and concerns to them. Director: @lukashein CEO: @LittleRainbowz Chief Financial Officer: @BassDropYou
  9. I was actually trying really hard to get into GTA RP and was playing on a few voice servers, but none of them really interested me. I was lucky enough to try and find out if there were any text based servers and found out about GTA:W. I fell in love right away, especially with how helpful the community was in my first few days on Discord!
  10. Favorite anime would have to be Cowboy Bebop.
  11. Cereal is not soup until it is put in water. Which is nasty. Milk gang all day, baby.
  12. My name is Adelaide and I've been working on cars since I was five years old. My father was a mechanic and I did my first oil change with him right then and there. From there, it became a true passion for me and I've worked on them non-stop since that day. I can take a car apart and put it back together in no time at all. I've never minded getting my hands dirty. I've got a Degree ion Auto Engineering and Mechanics, and I'm prepared to put them to use on more than just cars. Feel free to shoot me a text at " 58436702" or respond with an email if you can't get a hold of me (@Selu) . Willing to discuss pay, position, and the details of the job over phone or in person.
