  3. I think it's a lack of structure and genuine competence within the team, it seems a lot of times that you argue with the IFM team you get labeled as argumentative and hard to work with, but every change in the real world, or in any infrastructure should be debated within the competent people in it's structure. From my perspective, there should be a hierarchy of voices within the illegal scene, the reason a lot of factions or teams have a structure is to know who's voice is to be valued. Let's say if everybody has a voice without having the credible competence to actually make a informed decisions that would bring forth a positive change. When I run a faction, I listen to my high council, because they are very informed of the structure of the faction, they know the nooks and crannies of what is suppose to be done and what the vision is. Now if you zoom out, the IFM team is just a large faction that is overlooking the entirety of gangs, mafias and MCs. The team is not equipped well enough for the complexity. So from my perspective, it seems that the IFM team has a lot of members that the illegal community does not feel like it represents them, and do not have the credibility to critique in some instances. That's why I feel like if IFM team would actually figure out hierarchies of credible people and gave them a chance to work on the illegal scene with them, people that actually know the nooks and crannies of the illegal scene, get representatives to actually argue with you, like the leaders of certain MC's, leaders of mafias, and leaders of gangs. Do not make an echo chamber for yourself where you're above being critiqued, there is no man in this world that makes a perfect decision, and in a large community that debate is important. The way you could find this hierarchy is checking how competent people are. Even within the IFM team, how good were their factions? Did they actually have an impact? Did the community of illegal roleplayers respect them? Can they even roleplay at a high enough level to critique others roleplay themselves? Are they civil enough to have a discussion or if you challenge them they become insecure and combative, that obviously leads to high tensions and arguments instead of an open discourse. This could be a potential structure: IFM's structure Illegal reputable roleplayers/leaders The people that fall under the leaders. Legal scene & LFM. I understand that LFM and IFM have to work together, and that IFM on a certain level have to cater to all legal roleplayers which is fine, the server needs the balance for each side to have fun. But in the matters of running factions, or running the illegal scene, which they have no credibility or any actual competence in any shape or form should not have such a big voice. The voice for the illegal roleplayers, could be these leaders/reputable members, that would hopefully make the people that roleplay in their factions heard and understood by the entirety of the IFM team. There's a lot of contradictions on how to fix this in this thread, but if you had competent and reputable people within your team that you could bring forth issues and clearly communicate with, then maybe you'd be quicker to get ahead of it and resolve it and maybe not wait until you have 19 pages of complaints and a large portion of the illegal scene dissatisfied. A lot of the times when issues get brought fourth, it never feels like it gets taken serious or met with clear and concise communication that puts you at ease. There's a lot of fog on how decisions are actually made, and when leaders that spill a lot of their own private time to run factions and make sure the scene is enjoyable are not heard, what will eventually happen is you will be left with low quality leaders and members that will degrade the entirety of this server. People are so caught up with this or that, when things usually go from the top up. If the faction leader is competent and has a good team, the faction is good, if the team is bad and incompetent then they end up breaking rules, making bad decisions and not really going anywhere. So if the illegal scene is bad, it's clear, atleast to me, why.
