Luis Steele

So I bought the Kuruma thinking that I would be able to upgrade it and make the exterior look nice, but as it turns out I can't do that on this vehicle. I installed the turbo, thinking that it was just a bug, but I asked an admin and he told me that it was not a bug. So now I would like to get a refund on the vehicle and the turbo. My in game name is Luis Steele. I bought it on the 20th of October. PS. I didn't know which topic to select, so I selected Player Support.
