  1. Out Of Character: We thrive on intensive immersion and realism in order to create an authentic vibe evolving around the concept we wish to portray. The characters and aesthetic this group provides are what makes this project life-like. The individuals within this group prioritize realistic traits, human emotions, and understanding that nobody is perfect. Mistakes are a common part of life. Organic and realistic character development is a necessity if you wish to roleplay within this group of individuals. The characters that involve themselves within this group, their life-like situations and issues do nothing but benefit this project as a whole. People won't be punished in character, or out of character for making mistakes. It is encouraged, as stated above. Drug habits, issues with not being able to pay back a loan on time, a smart mouth. Things of that nature instead of being a poster boy for the organization. It's all a part of the game. Character development should always be your first priority, faction development should be looked at as a bonus for your character's life. It will come with it in due time. This all started as a family business organization and slowly turning into an actual Drug Trafficking Organization with different insiders and outsiders.
