It's pretty simple. Some people like stashing items in their vehicles, getting imprisoned, and then /vget /fixveh their vehicles into TTCF to get heaps of drugs and weapons. There have been factions ruling the prison scene because of this in the past. I'm not trying to be some type of narc but if you can't build the connections or have the creativity to get drugs in, why should you get that advantage? I have no idea if this still goes on, but back when bikes had storage it was happening all the time, I have recently returned to the server and thought since I'm roleplaying in TTCF I want to make sure everything is fair and on an even playing field.
