Valeri Arveladze, that's the name of the top dog of one of the emerging, most violent and wanted youngin crews in Volgograd, who, allegedly, took over after the arrest of Lasha Giorbelidze, former leader of the group, who was arrested on a conspiracy to commit murder for hire charge. The Georgian, along with the other members of his crew, is well known by the Russian authorities who have been observing them for a long time; lots of robberies, ATM skimming, racketeering, and also drug deals between the Georgians and a Chechen criminal group have been registered by the Russian law enforcement. After all the informations they gathered they released the indictments against Arveladze and his goons. The high priests of the Volgograd criminal world have shown a great interest in the Georgian crooks, since they've always been great earners they made an arrangement with V. Arveladze and his people. Kirill Groev reached out to the American scion of the organization and the Georgians have been sent to the US to escape the charges by Rotislav Groev's relatives after a long period of negotiation between the two groups. Groev has agreed to share their kick ups with the Russians back home, to grant them shelter and a whole new perspective of life on the condition that his people would take care of the smuggling and that he could use the Georgians for his own agenda. The 28th of October 2021 the Georgian zips succesfully landed in America after a two-week boat journey on a cargo ship.
