I did do a rp line of stomping on him after the fact due to the whole situation being in a brawl

Firstly I would like to point out that you were not killed by my stomping but instead was killed by the front wheel of the vehicle when it drove over your head. Then I would also like to point out the fact that you and/or members of your faction metagamed for backup and upped guns over a simple brawl.

I didn't message them because I didn't manage to get my game working until way after in which I though it would be pointless as the roleplay scene and situation as a whole should have most likely been already over so I assumed that it was a "Whatever" kind of case and that we would go on about our days, unless all parties wanted to re-rp the whole situation from that point.

Jason Clarkson here, I was on my way up the ladder to gather some screenshots to take for some graffiti screens to make on photoshop and rp it. And when I got up there I saw Lia. And when I tried to RP back my mom reset the WIFI in my house and I got disconnected. When I tried to connect back when the wifi came back it was already 15-20 mins after. I tried to load up rage but it kept crashing. I just gave up and went to go eat after.

We drove to the the alley and you followed us there, we weren't going to jump you in an open space where cops can just break the fight up. Like I stated above, exiting the car forced my character to pull his gun out and go into that animation, it wasn't intentional and it's a known bug that has happened multiple times before. That's why I put the gun away as soon as I saw my character going through that animation without any hesitation, look at the clip again. Again as I stated above, we saw you running towards us with the gun so I reacted and took mine out. Won't respond anymore till the admin handling needs me to.

Jason Clarkson here, above he explained most of it. He kicked my car so we decided to press him and try and get him to fight us. He chose to follow us to the alley where we was going to jump him. But as I exited the vehicle the game made me pull out my gun and I instantly unequipped it. Then I turned the corner to see Tioga with his gun out, so I turned around and ran back and took mines out again intentionally to defend myself. And when he saw me he shot first and I shot back in return. Again I wanna point out that Tioga didn't have to follow us into the alley. He should have thought about it carefully and correctly fear roleplayed instead of taking the risk and following us into a sketchy alley. Also throughout the chase, Tioga was continuously kicking the car, further provoking us in return.

Darius Jenkins here, sorry I didn’t see this report till now. I would like to point out that I was AFK for almost all of the first initial interactions with the group. I had no idea why we were at Grove Street to begin with, and I did not see any prior roleplay when I got back. I came back to the car getting smashed up and guns getting drawn at us. If I knew and seen the /me of the gun pointed at my head I wouldn't have told Kobe to drive off, but at that point I just told Kobe to “Slide nigga.” Meaning to get up out of there. After we left, Kobe told me we have to load up and slide back on them since they had threatened us with guns. We shot at them then left.

My group R90s and ETG was recently in a Character Kill war that was agreed on both sides. We had spun that exact block and that exact complex which is known ETG turf. We saw and recognized a few ETG members infront of the complex before we hopped out and started shooting. We found out later that it was a mix of ETG members and 71GC standing in ETG turf and that members of ETG had just left seconds before the shooting started. It was safe to assume the mix of gang members standing in ETG turf was all ETG members. It was later confirmed that 71GC was told by ETG that there was an on going Character Kill war and that they shouldn’t be standing in ETG’s hood by ETG leadership. I’m fine with voiding the scene with admin’s permission.
