Maybe, just perhaps, possibly, the gym was always owned by someone part of an MC 🙂 Nothing changed from the moment it opened to now. And it's by no means a place deterring legal characters. Most my time as of late has been spent in Paleto, and nothing is deterring legal roleplayers in that area. Actually it's, though not the same but to a degree, treated like 2020/2021 Sandy was in the illegal side mending with the legal to create a cohesive dynamic since it's a group effort to create a fun and thriving community. I roleplayed in Sandy with Keane and many others around 2020/2021 county days and honestly the best roleplay I ever had. O'Neills did a fantastic job and with a handful of other great people who were locals, created an amazing community. I can't comment on Sandy since I've not actively roleplayed there since 2021, but not all of the county is full of aggressive murderous redneck or skinhead hobo's

10.1) Mugging It is only permitted to /rob or /mug another player for the items they have on themselves at the current time, this does not require admin permission unless within a Restricted Crime Zone. Players may not rob/force other players to withdraw money from the bank or an ATM. Debit cards/credit cards also fall into this subject. So I've a friend who was robbed outside of a casino for 1M+ in money and I think there should be some means of getting that money back. Seems silly I can camp outside casino's (apparently not against the rules) and just mug people walking out with loads of money in the first place. Let alone the fact that if, from my understanding, if I was robbed for let's say 1,000,000 after a successful day at the casino; there's nothing I can do to get that money back if they bank it. I think there should be some possible means of getting back the money so robbers can't just jack thousands if not millions in cash and the only repercussion's is a PK, potentially a CK if you really wanted to spend the time on that. I think you should at the very least be able to force those who stole from you to withdraw from a bank or ATM and pay back what was stolen. Obviously they can just stash the money in a house or give it to a friend or whatever. It just seems incredibly cheesy you can rob someone of 1Mil and if they banked it, it's forever gone and no means of getting it back. Would like people's thoughts on this or something similar. Or just any means of combatting this, whatever works.

It only applies if they wore that obstruction while committing a crime, however not a crime if you're simply wearing it. Realistically agree with the fact that there'd be a lot lot lot more vehicles everywhere, and people, meaning you wouldn't find a car full of four people with gloves and masks on nearly as easily. But it goes both ways and the balancing factor is that you can go shoot someone on an "empty" street which would realistically, in an actual city, have dozens and dozens of people to witness said crime. Plus people recording it, as does happen often these days. Or CCTV, traces of hair, easier ways of finding fingerprints, shoe prints, and so on. Realistic to find a car full of people gloved up and masked up from an AIR unit? Chances are slim. But criminals also have the opportunity of mowing down a crowd of people in say Vespucci on Bay City Avenue. And if no cops or nearby pedestrian's witness and call the cops? You get a free pass of killing 4+ people in what's meant to be a big city full of life and people, which comes with recordings, physical evidence left behind, car plates and so on. The 'balancing' issue swings both ways. Not realistic or balanced when a pair of gloves and running into a friends house / apartment completely negates anything LEO's can do. Which leaves LEO's with either having to witness it or catch them shortly after due to a 911 call, or turn in a few casings for it become a cold case because the lack of abilities Detective's have due to server script. LEO's don't have the "luxury" of catching a criminal after a crime has been committed due to game and script limitations just as criminals don't have the luxury of being able to slip off into a crowd.
