Detailed Description Right now the mechanic job can only perform the "Maintenance" option when it is needed script wise. A mechanic should be able to do preventative maintenance any-time, resetting the counter, or whatever is used, for the script wise breakdown feature. Relevant Commands/Items The current mechanic script needs to have the maintenance option enabled at any time. How will it benefit the server? Preventative maintenance roleplay will actually do something script-wise now.

There should be more properties available in the country-side. People that have a property adjacent to a field or pasture, should realistically roleplay having ownership of it and "own" the farm or at least hire people to take care of it. You can't really RP a farmer on a random field that isn't yours or one you're hired for.
