One of the ๐•ฎ๐–†๐–—๐–˜๐–”๐–“ ๐•ญ๐–‘๐–†๐–ˆ๐– ๐•ฒ๐–š๐–Š๐–—๐–—๐–Ž๐–‘๐–‘๐–† ๐•ฑ๐–†๐–’๐–Ž๐–‘๐–ž goals was to originally unite the black community but that has been long since been abandoned. Originally the gang refused to sell anything more than Cannabis viewing โ€˜drugsโ€™ as nothing more than poison to their community, in the mid-seventies the gang had a heavy focus on purely selling marijuana this led to them being notorious for their weed distribution. With their fame came problems, the DEA arrested Declan Jackson on the 23rd of May 1983 for Drug Trafficking, due to a leak within the ๐•ฎ๐–†๐–—๐–˜๐–”๐–“ ๐•ญ๐–‘๐–†๐–ˆ๐– ๐•ฒ๐–š๐–Š๐–—๐–—๐–Ž๐–‘๐–‘๐–† ๐•ฑ๐–†๐–’๐–Ž๐–‘๐–ž the rat is still not known to this day. Without the leadership of Declan Jackson, his right-hand man Jamal Young stepped up to lead the family, his leadership came into question when he started to push crack within the gang something which was viewed as poison before, but he remained as the Family shot caller since the Family have never seen this amount of profit before. 1992 ๐•ท๐•พ ๐•ฝ๐–Ž๐–”๐–™๐–˜. The gang stayed on the low until 1992 when it was rumoured that the ๐•ฎ๐–†๐–—๐–˜๐–”๐–“ ๐•ญ๐–‘๐–†๐–ˆ๐– ๐•ฒ๐–š๐–Š๐–—๐–—๐–Ž๐–‘๐–‘๐–† ๐•ฑ๐–†๐–’๐–Ž๐–‘๐–ž had some involvement with starting the 1992 LS Riots which lasted for three days, there was 43 deaths most of them being African-American killed by riot police units or being trampled to death, furthermore 8 of the deaths was police officers, 2 of the officers was rumoured to have been shot to death by a members of the family. Declan Jackson was released from TTCF in 1996, after seeing ๐•ฎ๐–†๐–—๐–˜๐–”๐–“ ๐•ญ๐–‘๐–†๐–ˆ๐– ๐•ฒ๐–š๐–Š๐–—๐–—๐–Ž๐–‘๐–‘๐–† ๐•ฑ๐–†๐–’๐–Ž๐–‘๐–ž had started to sell โ€˜poisonโ€™ Declan Jackson went to go see Jamal Young after a disagreement between the duo, Jamal came back four deep in a car and shot Declan fourteen times, leaving him dead on the sidewalk in Forum Drive. Some of the family believed that Jamal had been corrupt by money and no longer cared about the beliefs of the family, despite this nobody did anything about him. ๐•ต๐–†๐–’๐–†๐–‘ ๐–„๐–”๐–š๐–“๐–Œโ€™๐–˜ ๐–†๐–—๐–—๐–Š๐–˜๐–™. In 1999, Jamal Young was involved in a drug deal gone left, which ended up killing Kyron Hynes, Declan Wright and Aidan Evans who were members of the ๐•ฎ๐–†๐–—๐–˜๐–”๐–“ ๐•ญ๐–‘๐–†๐–ˆ๐– ๐•ฒ๐–š๐–Š๐–—๐–—๐–Ž๐–‘๐–‘๐–† ๐•ฑ๐–†๐–’๐–Ž๐–‘๐–ž, Marvin Lewis and Kendrick Afraino who were two innocent bystanders who was gunned down by members of the ๐•ฎ๐–†๐–—๐–˜๐–”๐–“ ๐•ญ๐–‘๐–†๐–ˆ๐– ๐•ฒ๐–š๐–Š๐–—๐–—๐–Ž๐–‘๐–‘๐–† ๐•ฑ๐–†๐–’๐–Ž๐–‘๐–ž mistakenly identifying them for shooters, this brought a lot of unwanted attention to the Family and a lot of inner conflict. Furthermore Jamal Young was caught at the scene, with three gunshot wounds to his torso. He had 3 bricks of cocaine and a AK-47 on him, he was arrested and sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole. He's still serving time to this day. ๐•ธ๐–”๐–‰๐–Š๐–—๐–“ ๐•ฟ๐–Ž๐–’๐–Š๐–˜ The Family are now run by Andres Young son of Jamal Young, rumours are that Jamal Young still calls the shots from inside TTCF. The ๐•ฎ๐–†๐–—๐–˜๐–”๐–“ ๐•ญ๐–‘๐–†๐–ˆ๐– ๐•ฒ๐–š๐–Š๐–—๐–—๐–Ž๐–‘๐–‘๐–† ๐•ฑ๐–†๐–’๐–Ž๐–‘๐–ž are now notorious for their hustling and now view war as profit lost. The story so far. ๐•ฒ๐–Š๐–“๐–Š๐–—๐–†๐–‘ ๐•ด๐–“๐–‹๐–”๐–—๐–’๐–†๐–™๐–Ž๐–”๐–“ The ๐•ฎ๐–†๐–—๐–˜๐–”๐–“ ๐•ญ๐–‘๐–†๐–ˆ๐– ๐•ฒ๐–š๐–Š๐–—๐–—๐–Ž๐–‘๐–‘๐–† ๐•ฑ๐–†๐–’๐–Ž๐–‘๐–ž operate out of the Carson Ave/ Strawberry area of South Central. The group has recently started to stir, making their presence known throughout the region again with sporadic tags and flying their colours, Black. The group has a history of violence with the local law enforcement and the Hispanic population. Resorting to crime as their main source of income, naturally, the group also has a strong presence within the correctional system. They're firm believers of black power and try and avoid black on black violence wherever they can.
