With the changes on the housing requests and a lot of houses opening up for sale, I was curious if players can submit more than one request for different houses? Meaning, I assume some houses are going to have a lot of people gunning for them, as Nervous mentions. That means a lot of people will probably not get the house they first wanted. Can we apply for like, a 1st choice and a 2nd choice? Or if you pick a house that's a hot commodity and don't get it, you will just have to try for another the next month?

Is wearing those clothing items against server rules though? Understand that they offer no mechanical benefits, but if you wore 'fake' versions (i dunno, like cosplay or something), would that be dealt with in character by police or is it a 'don't do that or your name will be in read text for everyone to see' situation?

I'm assuming the answer is no, but I thought I'd ask anyways. Body armor for a civilian can only be acquired through law enforcement or illegal supplier rp correct? Also, are there any (normal) clothing items that provide protection? For example, a motor cycle helmet or football pads? Thanks!

Short description: Add the ability to /spearfish in a designated location like we do today for regular fishing. Detailed description: I found the other day that if you jump in the water with scuba gear on at a current fishing location, you can continue fishing underneath the actual water. So I thought it would be cool to add a 4th fishing spot that's underwater. You'd just have to have scuba gear, probably a boat to get there and all that. Commands to add: /spearfish Items to add: Instead of a fishing pole animation, your scuba steve gets a 'harpoon' gun for underwater fishing (hunting? spearing?). How would your suggestion improve the server? Add an interesting way to fish by placing a fishing location underwater. Additional information: I think I know of a perfect location, or at least one, maybe someone know one better, but these rocks to the north of Paleto have some interesting 'sea cliffs' that just drop off into deep waters. It would be cool to spearfish around there.

I just bought my first apartment, and it came with some built in furniture. These items are part of the template I think, because it doesn't show up on the manage furniture section. Is there a way to remove these (dining table for example)? Or am I stuck with these ugly dining chairs? 😄

So I bought a large towtruck, and I figured out how to tow vehicles by raising and lowering the winch. I also see I can press 'X' in it to flip or fix a car, but can we not use it to mod or upgrade cars? The reason I'm asking is I see people making calls on the mechanic line all the time, and sometimes mentioned paintjobs or upgrading/tuning, etc? If you're a freelance mechanic (or want to be anyways), how and where do you work on peoples cars if you're not attached to a business garage?

I was able to find that Refined Iron is used in crafting, but I can't seem to find anywhere that says where or how to get Iron Ore or refine it? Also is Iron Ore or Refined Iron sellable?

Thank you for replying! So that would be illegal from an in character sense right? OOC as far as server rules, would that result in a ban or kick or admin jail or anything? And perhaps parking lot was a bad example, say for example, like opening a fruit stand on the side of the road? In character, maybe if you do it in the wrong spot, like in front of city hall or in front of a fire hydrant, it would be handled in game by cops or fire marshall or whatever. But it wouldn't be something an admin would have an issue with so long as it's not disrupting the server in general correct?

Is there any rules against starting a business from a parking lot or from the back of my truck? At least as far as the server, as I understand business licenses and laws and all that in character may apply? This could be for legal items (like, I dunno, chocolate bars or something) or illegally acquired items (like someone stealing a boom box or something)?

Short description: Improve Fishing by Add a New Location Offshore and New Fish Detailed description: Add an offshore fishing location accessible only to those with a tug or other appropriate boat. It would all be cool to have more valuable fish only at the offshore location(s). Commands to add: /deepseafishing (only usable on Tug or other appropriate boat if any). Items to add: Deep sea fish. Tuna? Swordfish? etc... How would your suggestion improve the server? Boats are awesome, and it would add a new dimension to the fishing game for those who want to get more into it. Additional information: I have a hunch something like this has been suggested many times in the past, however, I humbly submit my offer to the server Gods. Recently, I was reading the SIlmarillion on the toilet, and read about the journey of Earendil to seek the Valar and plea for them to save all of Middle Earth. This inspired me, so I jumped in my boat and sailed West-Northwest for many, many miles until I could not see the land anymore and the light became strangely darker. I did not find the land of the server Gods, but I did humbly plead for all of Los Santos for fishing upgrades of any kind the Gods see fit. I leave you with these screenshots as proof of my journey. Are boat upgrades possible? And if so, is there a certain spot to take them or can you call a freelance mechanic?
