Your "well thought out plan" regarding the location of the robbery and the lot being barricaded doesn't change the fact it's in one of the busiest parts of Vespucci and you can even see several cars driving past during the entire situation. So why put four characters life and valuable items such as guns at risk like that?
You know fine well that this robbery was sub par - you even state yourself that 'every other instance where we 'rob' players, we follow the rules strictly' - why would you use the phrase 'every other' if you didn't know that this robbery was substandard?
There was no cars in the background, if you look at my video it's just parked cars. We didn't use his disconnection as an advantage. We were going to rob you regardless of him disconnecting or not. That's why we asked you. If you would've disagreed to wait then we would've still roleplayed robbing you.

I have to say otherwise, with all due respect, it wasn't too much of a planned robbery I mean first of all we roll up to you guys and ask for drugs to which you guys start whispering amongst yourselves which off rip was just fishy, at that moment it's not like you know the stuff we have on us, you just try to take the quick opportunity to mug us and take whatever it is we have. You don't even know our characters so it's not like you've planned what we're gonna have on us and it's some big heist. You all got into your SUV and said to meet at the parking lot down the street, to which we did but it obviously turned out it was the wrong spot or something since nobody turned up. We then pulled out back into traffic and soon found the individuals in traffic once again, they pull alongside us and ask if we still want the drugs, we say yes and they say to follow them. At this point I want to state that the robbery rules state:
- Mugging - taking or attempting to take anything of value by force, threat of force, or by putting the victim in fear. This is done on foot, no usage of vehicles. For example, people shouldn't be rolling up in a car/cars for a basic mugging. (/rob) & (/mug)
This is precisely what you were going for, you saw a quick opportunity which arose and planned on using force and fear to try get us to give it up. It also very clearly states no usage of vehicles. However we very clearly followed your SUV in traffic and into a parking lot, where we were met by yet another vehicle pulling in to aid in the mugging. That's now two vehicles involved in the mugging, one which we were following in traffic which was used to lure us down into the parking lot, and one to block us into the parking spot so we could not move or escape. You can't try and justify it through saying it was all heavily planned, if it hadn't been for people crashing the whole shit would have took place within five or so minutes, hardly enough time to plan some big orchestrated attack.
I honestly just think it was such a waste of time and a play on the rules, we had some nice roleplay planned for the night but instead we ended up lying in a parking lot dead waiting for admins to respond for an hour, to which we were told to just forum report, completely disrupting everything we had planned, all for a simple mugging which completely contradicted the rules. We were even nice enough to give you guys the opportunity to roleplay with us by waiting around for 15 or so minutes whilst your friend took a lifetime to reconnect to the server, but we were instantly met with this...
By the time we separated and lost each other in traffic, we did plan on robbing you guys because when we were going to go meet you guys, we passed by Robert Warshaw's place to get his weapon, we never were going to sell you guys drugs in the first place. We were planning it as we were driving around finding you guys. When we saw you guys and told you guys to follow us, that's when Christopher Booth saw us and followed us, if you seen me talking to Christopher Booth and getting his phone number that's when I texted him to box you guys in for you guys to have lower chances of escaping, we weren't planning to shoot you guys but you guys ram into the car after seeing all the guns pointed at you guys. This shows no gun fear from the driver which lead all you guys to being shot. We were on foot by the way which means that we can rob you. We clearly stepped out and surrounded your vehicle. You barely gave us time to roleplay due to you guys trying to escape. There could've been more roleplay but you guys were so fast to react with just driving away instead of roleplaying. Only chat I seen between the whole car was just, "Yo!" "Chill!" while your whole car was getting shot at.

Hey this is Kenny Flanagan,
Thanks for your patience, I will give a brief retelling of the events from our side and address a few of your points below. Our characters (Hunter Powell, Kenny Flanagan, Robert Warsaw) had met your characters briefly and had made plans for a drug deal with your characters. Our characters are white skinhead gangsters loosely affiliated with the local Vespucci Skin Head gang (Robert Warsaw being the only official member) and do not miss an opportunity to make money, especially money off of members of the opposite race. While this phrase can be considered fitting into the "racially motivated DMing" category, that isn't what was going on. Our characters had set you up by telling you to park somewhere we knew that you would be trapped in, since the parking lot is sealed off with a barrier. We had planned your robbery. This wasn't a petty mugging, this was a planned orchestrated event where our characters had managed to outsmart yours. In every other instance where we "rob" players, we follow the rules strictly. We keep it within our community, Vespucci, and only do robberies on foot. If a vehicle is used in any way, it's because it's parked a block away to lay low since we live there, not as an accessory to robbery to be used in a malicious advantage. You are no exception. I digress, once the RP was un-paused and all players agreed, our characters did in fact step out and aim guns at you. Your characters unrealistic response was to hit the gas pedal and slam into our character's convenient associate Christopher Booth. As you had attempted to evade, the only option to avoid your characters from snitching or coming back to have revenge was to commit murder and suffer the consequences later. Bear in mind, this is also during a time where we have daily rival gangs coming back to spin the block and murder our own members, not that you would have knowledge of that, but provided for more context. I also want to note that during the video I wasn't in a voice call with any of these characters, on my replays it records my desktop and it records my mic as well. I have my mic on and I took a phone call in real life. It recorded it on accidentally and this situation is what lead up to me departing before thirty minutes. I'm not sure if it's a problem but I did have to choose real life over GTA World. I had people coming over. @Amellis

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): I pulled up on a guy that was standing near his SUV alone on Chamberlain Hills Drive and I drove up to him, infront of a house, I roleplay talking to him for a second and asked him a question to get him distracted. As i see he was on the phone, I roleplayed looking around before pointing a pistol through the window, as I was telling him to step out the car, two patrol cars pass by and I roleplayed hiding my weapon and facing forward and telling the suspect (David) not to say anything, As the cops passed by they did a circle and flashed a light at us, As the light flashed i roleplayed booking off into the alley near the Carwash, As my character was running with his gun in his hand he began to fire upon the police officers as he felt he was threaten as they had their guns out aswell, as he fired he got shot and killed. I pm'd the officer saying what led them to flashing the light upon us and stopping in the middle of the road, he pm'd me back saying they had a 911 call about a robbery happening and my description fitted, as I told him that nobody was around to call a 911 call, unless someone was right next to us or Infront of us, which there wasn't and I told him to pm me the username and it was Jordan Scott, I kindly pm'd him of how he was able to know I was robbing David as my character wasn't facing no where towards the public and only to David, and nobody was close enough to know what was happening, As I pm'd him he sort of got irritated that I was pm'ing him, trying to get an answer and I was accusing him of Meta-Gaming the 911 call as if he knew that I was robbing and I couldn't see him around me.

As I was escaping, I ditched the dirt bike due to the fact that a patrol car recognized the bike and chased me on the freeway, I ditched it and walked up to another person and asked them for a ride, I did not know them icly and he gave me a ride to Vespucci.
