  1. Right now, in the UCP you can check every text message that's ever been sent by or to you on the UCP, in the 'character details' tab. However, this feels like a weird place to put your phone messages when there's a tab labelled 'phone contacts', and trying to look through messages is a bit of a pain as it only shows the sender and recipient's number, not the nicknames you've given them. Which brings me to my suggestion; remove the 'character details' tab entirely, and move the text messages to the 'phone contacts' page. Also, in the phone contacts tab, add a 'message history' button to every contact, so that we can quickly and easily filter messages based on contact. To allow us to view message conversations from numbers we've never saved, simply add them to a new list of 'unnamed contacts'.
  2. /weather and Snow temperatures contradict one another so that's of no use. Apparently /snow is set manually as well, as now they're putting the temperature in both F and C.
  3. Detailed Description As a european player I don't understand how Fahrenheit works. Now I understand Los Santos is based in the USA but it's really annoying that you have to convert Fahrenheit to Celsius every time you want to know the temperature. So please, just add the temperature in Celsius behind Fahrenheit. Relevant Commands/Items /temp How will it benefit the server? QoL for us non-Fahrenheit players.
  4. Short description: Let us check our activity in the last 15/30 days via UCP. Detailed description: Let us check our activity in the last 15/30 days on a character via the UCP. Would be nice to quickly get an overview of your activity, and also allows us to see if a character's at risk of getting an inactivity wipe. If possible, perhaps add warnings we can opt in/out of that'll warn us like X days before we get wiped? Items to add: A subsection in stats which shows our activity in the last 15/30 days, maybe even with a little graph and a counter which tells us in how many days we're getting wiped. How would your suggestion improve the server? Magic 3 letters: QoL
  5. That wouldn't make any sense. A vehicle is sold in a dealership but owning it is illegal? I get your point but it would be incredibly unfair to make a part of the server's vehicles completely illegal.
  6. Some vehicles don't even come with plates to begin with (E.G. FCR 1000 custom) so yes this is DESPERATELY needed.
  7. That may become a bit too spammy. 30 seconds would be perfect I think. I know LSRP had a clear visual cue back in the day when an alarm was tripped, you'd get a blip on the minimap and a pointer on the actual car. Might be a bit much here but certainly did the job. And while we're at it, add a /dolong inside houses as well if an alarm is tripped. I was minding my own business chatting in a friend's house with someone else when the owner of said house bursts in claiming the alarm was tripped, but neither of us ever heard this. Which was odd.
  8. Detailed description: The GPS script is really smart. If you type out part of an address, it will show you a list of all available destinations, or set a waypoint if there's only 1 destination. And this got me thinking. Why can't we have this for /anim? What'd happen is, you type in part of an animation, and hit enter. The script will check all available animations, and check how many matches there are. If there's 1, it'll play the animation, and if possible, inform the player which animation is being played. If there's multiple, you get a list of all the animations which match your query. Then you can select one and it's played. If there's none, you get the error. Commands to add: None, just alter how /anim works. How would your suggestion improve the server? Massive quality of life improvements over the current system. Additional information: I would provide code here. But I have no fucking clue how ya'll are storing the animations.
  9. We already have a friend list, give us a block list too, please. And I don't know if it's doable but maybe make it an account wide block not just a character block.
  10. Not sure if this can be done unless the game is able to autocomplete after a space. Though you'd have to be careful not to accidentally reveal mask players with this system.
  11. I agree, but I would encourage you to post a suggestion for that instead.
  12. /equip also bypasses the scroll animation which I figured out once I /equip'd my switchblade. This should be fixed.
  13. Short description: Change the key you use to unfreeze when loading into an interior. Detailed description: Currently the key used to unfreeze yourself when entering an interior is the exact same key as the one used for entering/exiting an interior, which is Y. Over time players will usually develop a habit of pressing Y to enter, then press it again when entering an interior to unfreeze yourself. Unfortunately this does mean that in interiors where you don't have to unfreeze yourself Y will make you exit the interior again. It's nothing major but it can be quite annoying. Commands to add: Not a command, just change the 'unfreeze' key to anything but Y, perhaps shift/space would work? How would your suggestion improve the server? Quality of Life.
  14. Maybe display it when you log into a character? Though you usually spawn in dim 0 so it'd probably work anyway.
  15. But what if someone had their items in let's say a backpack. You could realistically take the backpack and just be on your way, but instead you have to wait for the cooldown every single time.
  16. You can atleast use /hat off to quickly take off your helmet instead of going through /helmet, found that out with a friend earlier.
  17. A warning could be added whenever you entered a vehicle with trailer to always ensure the trailer is aligned upon leaving the vehicle?
  18. This has the vehicle names, but not the models I believe. Please do correct me if I'm wrong though.
  19. /corpsetakeitem(s) (/ctitem(s))? Would fall in line with the current commands we have for vehicles/properties. Also would like to suggest renaming the command to /corpseinventory (/cinv, /corpseinv, etc?) for consistency.
  20. Is there a link to a list of vehicles with their models by any chance? It'd be great to have that added to this thread.
  21. Same way the stretch limo does it, where if you press I believe shift+g you get teleported into a vehicle seat if all the normal seats are taken. As for vehicles that need extra seats, I believe the classic nightblade has visible space for an extra seat but doesn't come with one. Will have to check with a friend if that's how the bike is actually called. EDIT: Wolfsbane 2010, just add a passenger seat to it.
  22. It'd be lovely to be able to move not just all furniture, but selections of furniture as well. Just the other day I helped my friend out with a bit of furnishing and we figured out one of our walls was not a 90 degree angle. It would've been very nice if we were able to move this wall all at once. Though, I can see some problems arising with trying to mass rotate objects... Eitherway support to the original suggestion.
  23. I didn't consider this when making the suggestion, but it's not exactly included regardless. The original suggestion was merely to keep your weapons equipped upon relogging.
  24. Short description: Keep weapons equipped upon relog. Detailed description: Why are weapons automatically de-equipped when leaving the server? It seems dumb and it actually allows someone to go over their 5kg weight limit if they completely fill up their inv with equipped weapons, and then when they relog they'll have over 5kg until they equip again. How would your suggestion improve the server? QoL Additional information: I'd also suggest to keep tracking an item's weight whilst equipped but didn't feel like that was necessary. Would be a good alternative if the original is denied though. EDIT: If my suggestion is implemented, can we also take a look at this suggestion, because otherwise people may spawn with weapons in hand whenever they log in which may lead to odd situations.
  25. Was scrolling through the forums and asked myself why these two sections were buried at the bottom of the forum, whilst both of them are quite important. Therefore, I suggest moving these sections into the OOC section as the following sub-sections: -Reports (Player reports, RPQM reports) -appeals (Ban appeals, CK appeals) -requests (Refund requests, Asset transfer requests, House requests, Wiki editor rights requests) -bug reports (Game bugs, Web bugs, Discord bugs?)
