The rain is perfect. It adds alot of small things to RP. Like me having to return home to get a rain coat, cause I wasn't dressed properly. Or having to drive slower... *GASP* due to weather conditions.

I'll often tend to start in paragraphs, then slowly morph my style to mimic those I'm RPing with. Just gotta know your audience I guess.

America also has working prisons and forensics to investigate murders. Sure you can kill someone over their XBOX, but don't expect to get away with it. AKA consequences. Here there are no such things yet. It is very hard for PD to actively investigate a murder and even if they do catch the person, what do they do? Put the person in 'jail' for a few hours? Where are the consequences you mentioned? When can we expect these features to come?

I'm curious. Did this behavior come from the character? or was the character created to feed your personal ooc need?

What server do you play on friend? Cause it sure sounds like its not a heavy RP server. Are you sure this is the correct server for you?

I think no it should not be raised. If anything more needs to be done to reduce the rob everything in the middle of the day attitude some have on this server.

Does the same for a wounded state where you aren't dead though. You can't even call 911 in a case where you normally would.

My phone IRL locks every time I close the screen, doesn't bother me. With finger print scanners and iris scanners there isn't really need for a pin. Just make it so only the owner can use a phone. Person steals phone? Ok its a block to them until they 'reset' it which causes it to lose all the contacts.

Does it? You certainly cannot get an add out every minute though. Maybe if you are close to the server and have a lower ping you can, since you are at an advantage.

I think anyone here who runs a business can agree that the AD system is very flawed at this time. There's a cool down between ads being posted, which leads to legit businesses having trouble getting there ads in when you have people spamming ads for cars and stuff. See the attached screenshot to see what my event openings end up looking like. Its hard to RP when you have to spam /bad every few seconds to try and sneak your add in against all the other people doing the same. And if I don't do that.. I'll never get my advertisement posted. So as a suggestion, I would suggest that a queue system be added. So you can put in your AD it and it puts you in a queue. Of course there would need to be some sort of restriction. Like perhaps regular ADs can only be put in queue once per hour, CADs 4 times an hour and BADs 6? (I'm not sure bout this one, maybe someone has a better idea to control this?) I would even go as far as to suggest banning car/house ads, and make people use FB or the forums to sell their stuff. Either way, we need to do something about the advertisement system. Its just terrible right now and is a huge distraction from RP and it will only get worst as the server population grows.
