Most retail business in my state have a gun in a drawer to protect their $5000 when people are aiming and robbing the store. They're all legal, reasonable people. -
Illegal scene only matters as far as the individual need or the lack thereof of having a CCW which is very little and hasn't been brought up since Being pretty sure doesn't mean anything

Then let lots of people fail on straight forward knowledge checking questions, you still have no few people in here - including at least two that passed - saying that the test's wording is bad.

If an exam is tough not because of the knowledge required, but because of confusing wording - i.e. the question is actively trying to trick you rather than test your knowledge - isn't that exactly what makes a broken exam?
