This is the vehicle that was used to conduct the hit on Akim (Same model and color at the gym that a guy just pulled a gun on us at, odd..), so you can scratch that bit from your report. It's parked right below the gym.

This statement is full of lies, you can't even name my new character, so how would you even know if I was doing the same thing as I was previously? I'll answer it for you, I'm not. The validity of your statements are false, two lies and one out of context line in your response to this report. It's laughable, in my opinion, that the two men who got shot up and frankly, embarrassed for their actions want me punished for their in game mistakes. This report has shown incredible amounts of lies, invalidity, and frankly, a P2W mentality from both the reporter and Jack Templar, the one who replied. This report should not be taken seriously because it has no merit or real content, only emotions.

To respond to this, a friend of yours (ICly) Garbon M., rolled up to my Pizzeria and shot an associate of ours, Akim, killing (CKing) him. I promptly got a good look at his vehicle, got my bike, and scoped out your gym (which is where you happened to pull a gun on us about 30 minutes to an hour earlier during a fist fight). To no surprise, I saw his vehicle outside, and you two (and others) chatting on the balcony. I parked my bike up, and shot at you all. Of course, this is great portrayal of you getting a taste of what you (I believe) ordered. Just because you have a P2W mentality does not make it poor portrayal. Keep in mind, your gym is a block away from my cafe, it does not matter if I'm in a faction or not, an associate of mine was shot and killed by one of your goons/someone you hired, and you got shot due to my good planning, take the loss, it's apart of the game.

This part of the report is simply laughable. We are not portraying some figurehead back in Italy, we're portraying a weak crew with ties to a Camorra in Italy, I stated that, screenshot above. This player is (as I repeat) mad that his flawless portrayal of a gym owner was disrupted by his own choices.

This part is correct. I logged off after being killed (Around 4:10 PM EST) thinking it was DM by Arthur Delucci. All of the items on me at that time no longer are. I have a life outside of GTAW, and I had to head to work. You got the kill, I accepted that, and moved on from it with a name change and new ideas for me and my group. This is not a violation of the rules.

We're talking about a player who is name changing characters when things get tough and just goes on reusing the same properties and assets, to continue his RP. I believe this is a breach of rule 0.
"I'm asking to make sense of what Nikos should do". I told you Nikos should be afraid. You can't complain I'm telling you what to do when you literally ask me, what should I do. I clarified underneath that you asked me just that, and you flipped the victim card.
Your claim that I name change when things get tough is not valid whatsoever. We didn't like the Camorra/Italian scene, so we changed into something different. There is no rule stating I can't keep my properties (especially a business/vehicles/houses) if I name change out of my own pocket. I get that you're upset, but actions have consequences. You don't want to get shot? Don't send somebody to shoot Salvatore's associates. You don't want to get extorted? Call the cops and have them deal with it.
I'm fine with having this situation voided, he never expressed he wanted to void it. He asked me what I would like. So, allow this to be your answer, I agree to void situation. But, your alleged claims of other rule violations make zero sense, and perhaps are fueled by emotions and a P2W mentality, I believe that should be noted. -

It was one visit, two different attempts, sorry if I was not clear enough. I spent the next few days after observing those going to and from the store, I noticed multiple police offers, thus leading me to my conclusion of her discussing it with the police. From my (IC and OOC) experience, cops rarely visit businesses, Salvatore knows this from personal experience at his own Pizzeria.
I believe the logs would also confirm chats with my associates about the store, as well. It was indeed a group effort, and various other stores on the block suffered the same extortion attempts with similar threats.

Sure. The second threat was the one you just described. She clearly understood the lingo:
'donations for a little neighborhood watch to keep the store out of harms way'If you are looking at the logs, I would point to her /me's, which detail her clearly understanding the threats issued to her. Both of these attempts occurred at the same place and same time, consecutively, the first being the initial threat, the second being something in the light of a "Are you sure?".
This is more than sufficient in my (OOC) opinion, and Salvatore's (IC) portrayal. It's not poor escalation. Next time I show up there, she'll pay up (if she's portraying any semblance of fear in her character).

Hello, this is Salvatore Mancini.
Actions have consequences. You refused two extortion attempts after threats were delivered to you. Your store was the victim of arson because of your failure to adhere to my threats. Whether or not it's an inconvenience to you is of little concern to Salvatore ICly, your actions (refusing the attempt at extortion & the words exchanged) resulted in the torching.Also, on the topic of this being "unrealistic", it is not at all unrealistic. Your store is not a chain or a big "superstore" with various locations. It's a locally owned shop that sells records. Extortion does not work in the modern world in most instances because most businesses that are worth extorting are huge, corporate brands. In order to further establish the crew I head on Hawick Avenue, this is something that needed to be done in order to be taken seriously, your actions ICly simply allowed this.
This is not even close to poor escalation. Poor escalation in this scenario would be if I had not been connected to Organized Crime, had a simple, verbal argument with you, then decided to torch your store. That did not happen, instead you refused extortion attempts twice, did not adhere to the threats given to you, and faced the consequences. I once again reiterate and stress the importance of the phrase: "Actions have consequences."That's all from me, this report is a simple case of a person upset by their actions ICly, and I complete understand that those feelings are present, but it am portraying my character up to the standards that should be set for the leader of an up and coming crew on Hawick Avenue that does not take no for an answer.

Hello, this is Qiang Mingyu, I'll keep this short and sweet.
Your character almost got a Chinese OC affiliate locked up for a very long time as he attempted to lure three prostitutes into working for him. Not to mention, one of you had a knife to Qiang's throat. Deathmatching is if I have no valid reason to kill you or I escalate a minor situation to the point of death. I have valid reason here to kill all three of you as you attempted to rob me at knifepoint, which eventually led to you three almost getting me arrested, in fact you admitted I had valid reason.
It was not a poor execution either. We did not kill you in a crowded area or main street, we followed you into the back of a parking lot, which was concealed by walls on two sides and shrubbery on one. If anything, it's perhaps a well executed kill.
I would also like to mention in her final screenshot, she is violating rule #3 as she returned to her dead body. In said screenshot as well, you could see that she says "I said IC" in reference to her logging off, she did in fact say her character was going to sleep, but never did she say she had to log off or anything of the matter. She also claims I begged her not to report her, where you can see in the screenshot I said: "Go ahead and report" twice. She lied about that.
Also, the PM's issue is irrelevant. I was far from hostile, I simply informed her of why I did what I did incase she forgot, which it seems she did.

One of the witnesses stated that when an admin showed up to deal with Fernando Montoya's stalling and violation of rule one, he logged off. I don't know this with 100% certainty, but it is worth mentioning. -
Date of incident: January 15th, 2022.
Rules broken: Common Courtesy and Powergame.

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit):
So, I will begin with a synopsis of the situation, which will lead to explaining how Fernando Montoya violated rule #1:
Qiang Mingyu, Sonny Ming, and Ewan Yue coordinated to rob a lone-drug dealer at a secluded location. Once they were into position, the lone-drug dealer (Fernando Montoya), was sent the location and called to be informed of said location. Upon arrival, Qiang Mingyu approached the window of Fernando Montoya. Ewan Yue, hidden behind a wall, sprung out, both Ewan Yue and Qiang Mingyu drawing their firearms and aiming to Fernando Montoya. Ewan, despite behind further back, had a good aim. But, Qiang Mingyu was right at Fernando Montoya's window. If he was to abide by rule #2, he would have been forced to roleplay fear, as seen in this excerpt:
"It is mandatory to RP fear in situations/actions which you would usually refrain from doing realistically. Repercussions of your characters actions must always be considered, situations which result in death due to a lack of fear RP may result in a CK."Fernando Montoya did not follow this rule, instead gassing his vehicle forward. He was ultimately gunned down by Qiang Mingyu and Ewan Yue. Fernando Montoya, upon being killed, was searched by Ewan Yue, as Qiang Mingyu searched his vehicle. The rule violation here is seen by Fernando Montoya's contant OOC chatter, refusal to give any items after an in-depth search (Including refusing a /rob), and ultimately stalling until the police arrived (Around 3-4 minutes after he was shot dead/searched). We obtained no items (physically), but realistically, we would have if it was not for Fernando Montoya's play to win mentality.
Ultimately, what I seek to achieve from this report is Fernando Montoya's items we stole, which would be everything on his person at the time of his death. Secondly, according to rule two, Fernando Montoya would be CK'd for his lack of fear RP, with two armed men being presently aimed at him when he gassed his vehicle. I would like the both of these to occur, but if the CK is not possible for whatever reason, the least I wish to achieve is those items we stole.

Once again, your reply is pointless, you're chasing circles I've already debunked. Everything you've said has been covered above. No need to continue pressing an issue your friend has asked you to. An admin will resolve this very shortly, I will not be replying to any further comments on a laughable report.
