Job Opening - Junior HR Consultant Job Brief: We are currently seeking an Junior HR Consultant to join the team at our Los Santos South branch.You should currently be working in or have experience within the logistics industry, or currently working in Human Resources. You must have strong knowledge of the logistics business. You will handle recruitment, interviews & internal complaints. Knowledge of the local area and customer base would be a distinct advantage. Responsibilities: Handling interviews & bringing new individuals into the business. Identify and manage training and development needs for individual employees. Maintain the Human Resource Information System and Employee Database (ManagerIO). Administer HR policies and procedures. Conduct exit interviews. Benefits: Option to opt into the company car scheme. EXTREMELY Competitive monthly bonus based on KPI Performance. (Earn upto $40,000 extra per month) Fuel contribution for business travel. Competitive Salary of $150,000 per year, paid monthly.
