Sandy is a shit hole, yes. People agree and disagree that they want it modernized and a lot of others like it the way it is, simply adding more trailers and housing around the empty plots around Sandy would go a mile in regards to helping it feel more lived in rather than making mega complexes nobody asked for. All I'm saying is ask the people who are actually active around the area instead of people who claim they role play there when in fact all they do is stand outside the 24/7 being an NPC.
