  1. D.R.M.C The Decadent Rebels Motorcycle club is a one percenter MC that was started up in the late 70’s, in the small town of Lynchburg, TN. The clubs members mainly consisted of Vietnam War veterans, but also attracted regular motorcycle enthusiasts. The clubs first chapter was officially founded in 1977. There were thirteen original members. The club was deemed a whites-only endeavor, and people from outside the Southern U.S were generally frowned upon when it came to recruiting. That only changed in the mid 2000’s, when the club had a number of nomad members travel to Colorado, who founded a second chapter in 2003. The two chapters had some level of inter-connectivity, but were mainly independent due to the distance between them and differing values on recruitment, political ideology, and conduct. Therefore there is no established national hierarchy within the MC. The mid and late 2000’s brought in another influx of new members to both chapters, many being veterans from the Gulf and Iraq wars. Membership in the club according to information made public by Colorado law enforcement and the ATF has yet to rise over 30 nationally. Due to each chapter’s independent nature, it’s possible that in the future different chapters or sub-sects may resemble an outlaw motorcycle gang, and sway from the normal hierarchy and/or conduct of club culture. Club Law Members are required to own an American-Made motorcycle, with an engine power above 550CC. In some cases there are a set amount of miles a member or prospect must ride in a month. If someone doesn’t ride, they cannot become a patched or prospective member of the club. Law Enforcement Officers are not allowed to become prospective or patched members in the club. An exception to this are those who do work in prisons or county jails. Correctional officers are highly sought after. Members are not allowed to be married to, or to be of direct descent of African –Americans. Hispanics are accepted on a case-by-case basis by the Colorado, Nomads, and SA chapters. Women are not allowed to become patched members, and homosexual men are not allowed to become patched members. Organized Crime In the late 90s the original Charter in TN voted against getting involved in the drug trade, particularly in dealing in heroin, methamphetamine, or cocaine. In contrast, the Colorado chapter voted to get involved in the drug trade in the early 2000’s when it was created, and began to deal and traffic hard drugs. This caused yet another political divide in the two chapters, though they still arrange annual meets once a year in Nashville, TN. Both chapters have been rumored to be heavily involved in the illegal arms trade, and documented arrests on members for illegal weapons sales have been made. Drug trafficking, racketeering, and murder are all on the Rebel’s track record. Members have been known to be openly violent, and carry weapons. Members embrace the 1%er label, and wear gear/tattoos to intimidate and shock civilians. A few informants have turned on the club, and information has been made available to law enforcement (which later was released to the public) about the clubs by-laws, conduct, and criminal goals. The clubs illegal business works on an decentralized base, with many members not knowing what other members are involved in. Money from illegal gains are primarily kept by those who participate in the act, though a percentage does go to the club. Illegally acquired funds are then funneled and laundered into legal endeavors, or used for other illegal transactions to evade IRS attention. Though illegal activity is somewhat decentralized, it is assumed that most members are involved in some form of illegal activity. The club seeks out “clean” members, and does charity/fundraisers and attempts to interact in a positive way with the community to further protect their image, and to retain the ability to publicly claim that the club isn’t accountable for the few “bad apples” that do participate in criminal activity. Officially speaking, illegal activity is against club rules. 2020-2021, Los Santos A nomad travels from Tennessee to Colorado, and then with support of the Colorado chapter and a few other Nomads attempts to establish a new chapter in San Andreas. After a few run-ins with a local dominant MC, the negotiations to fly colors and the vote on said ability to fly colors failed due to poor leadership. Not long after, the then demoted President, now the V.P, turned on the MC. The club decided to remove the bottom rocker that claimed Grapeseed, replacing it with existing nomad patches until an undetermined date. OOC INFO: Our group is entirely fictional. We’re a group that wishes to role play a closely-knit MC, and to bring solid encounters with immersive RP to the server. We want different and unique characters in our group, and strive to create a realistic environment where players can develop their characters and improve their RP. All recruitment will be done ICly.
