I don't really have anything to add defense-wise. I escalated the fist-fight to drawing my firearm which was poor escalation and has ended in Ukkometso's character being affected unfairly due to my poor RP.
I believe the consequences faced by David Dienesman would not be fair for Ukkometso, because of my failure to RP properly the situation. I was just carried away with the scene and failed to take into account months of backstory and development between David Dienesman and Steven Davies. I don't believe the fist fight would have even been started in the first place if I had properly taken into account the backstory between these characters. My mistake also led to the CK of David Dienesman, which I do not believe is fair and should be disregarded. I made a mistake here, and Ukkometso did his very best to continue the RP, despite my mess-up. He should not have to lose a character he put so much effort into because of what I did.
We both mutually agreed to have the scene voided due to my poor escalation, and I will be taking a break from Steven Davies’ character just to clear my head and make sure this sort of situation doesn’t happen again.
I also understand the severity of the situation I caused, and how many people were involved, but that was simply Ukkometso continuing with the RP rather than putting it all to a stand-still to call me out on my mistake.
