Honestly, no. If the cap doesn't fit, don't wear it, but in my experience, taxi drivers don't provide RP. Most of the taxi drivers I've met on the server have been subpar. So, in my opinion, it would be a bad idea for a new player to have an encounter with these taxi drivers. Starting without a license is another bullshit thing that's on the server. - Not to mention that taxi drivers are like Scotch mist nowadays.
