1. Probably one of the biggest issues. You run into a majority of what's clearly Europeans or non-black individuals creating stereotypical caricatures of Black Americans whether due to media, racism, or just straight up trolling. Not only do the majority of Euros on the server have zero real clue how America works, but they also have -1000 idea on what it means to be Black in America and the culture that surrounds us so 9/10 you're going to have a bad experience. This goes hand in hand with the pop-up gangs, characters and DMers who plague the server and the area of Davis/Jamestown causing the entire Black gang/OC community to look horrible and to be judged (sometimes harsher than necessary). The area and style of RP also continually attracts the worst of RPers and I don't think there is really anything that can be done there except for harsher punishments for those who go out of their way to cause problems and start up mayhem. 2. Bias. This is where people want to get touchy and not just be 100 about it but let's keep it real. For a number of already listed reasons, some simple and some complex there is a clear ongoing bias when it comes to how other scenes are supported in comparison to the black scene. One of the main reasons in my personal opinion is due to the fact that you have a large number of members in Staff from different teams that are in these scenes in comparison to the black scene. That being said, Staff have every right to enjoy their choice of RP as we all do and it's ridiculous to say otherwise but if you've been around since 2021, it's quite obvious and clear as day the trajectory of the gradual takeover, support from IFM (whether through supplier or official/unofficial faction acceptance, etc) and subsequent dominance of the Eurasian OC, Asian OC, White RP, and Surenos up to now. This does not at all take away from the solid RPers that reside in any of these communities and have spent months and years developing their factions/concepts, but a spade is a spade. These factions are supported and even at times protected in ways that black factions haven't seen in years if at all. There's a ton of issues, some being of the gang communities own making, but these definitely sit at the top for me personally.

Tasers would fall under Level 4 in the Use of Force Continuum which already means if you pulled it, you better have a damn good reason to do so cause you're just one away from Level 5 which constitutes as using Lethal Force. Deploying a taser inside a facility isn't some small matter either and comes with a ton of paperwork and review after said event so if its not already a practice within the faction, I'd recommend if any taser is deployed, the person who deployed it must write up an incident report and a supervisor will review, forwarding it up the necessary chain of command. If you can articulate why you used that level of force in whatever went down? Cool, that's the end of it. Let's leave this up to SD.

Rockstar Games, the same people who dropped Manhunt, the most controversial video game probably ever next to Mortal Kombat and continue to push the envelope for just how many messed up situations, realistic violence, as well as physics, semi-realistic bullet and gore systems they can fit in 100+ GB are not going to C&D the server and community because of one idiot's or a group's actions when it's clearly been stated by Management that it's banned. That's not how a cease and desist works in the first place. Not to mention, those sorts of ridiculous occurrences can be readily viewed from other communities that it's not only happened on but they also use mod skins to portray it. It's nothing new and they're still around. This is not me at all condoning it or saying green light it but simply stating that Rockstar doesn't have time for that shit, respectfully.

I think the majority of you who are immediately up in arms about this aren't exactly fully understanding what OP is referring to, which is mostly because of their poor choice of words in saying "school shootings", an overall blanket term. While the lot of you are for the most part referring to what should properly be described as a mass casualty incident or better known as "mass shootings", I think OP is simply referring to the unfortunately normal everyday occurrences of events of this nature at schools in impoverished neighborhoods that would be of an organic nature as in not planned or organized but came about due to interactions between students, usually stemming from criminal activity/ gang violence, online drama and other bullshit reasons. Teens and kids bring guns, knives, and all sorts of weapons to school on a daily basis for a plethora of reasons. This sadly is normal and if you're from an area like this, you know what I mean. Now is it common for somebody to get stabbed or shots to start ringing out? That's up for debate and here is not the place for that tbh. All that being said, should it be completely restricted? Mass shootings? Fuck yes. That's a traumatic, horrifying experience nobody should have to witness, let alone have to be involved in in any capacity of RP. But your average teen whose grown up in an environment that glorifies clutchin' up and is being heavily influenced by what we can already imagine will be the many different factions in Davis/Rancho who realistically will have big homies on the streets they look up to and people their own age in school who will be gang members/potential recruits? Yes, but with heavy restrictions. Unfortunately, though, in this community if you give an inch, they take a whole ass kilometer and go crazy so it's better off being blanket banned regardless. I initially had zero interest in making any real response to this but here we are. As probably one of the only legitimate faction members from MCF still up and kicking here and there, it's great that you got to enjoy just a small portion of time within MCF but please stop making it seem as if your time had any impact or significance. You were quite literally within the faction for a week prior to its closing. MCF is gone, West Coast Contingent is gone, and both don't need to ever return as they have no place in the current climate or the future of this server, as IFM, multiple former members of the faction and I have stated time and time again. LCN RP has always been stigmatized on GTAW and will continue to be stigmatized as long as people like you wish to ignore all reality and feedback given by veterans of this roleplay and instead continue to stubbornly RP an unrealistic caricature that does nobody any favors at all in the eyes of the LCN community and the GTAW illegal community as a whole. I personally find it to be normal for people to START out with a Sopranos-esque character, the same way a player may initially get their influence from American History X for their portrayal of a skin, or someone else being your stereotypical biker due to watching Sons of Anarchy. This is where good leadership and veterans of their respective concepts come in and help said person learn the real ins and out necessary to excel not only within their faction but also on the faction's thread, displaying high quality RP that can be admired and enjoyable to read. From what I'm aware of, you were offered this feedback by not only Alexion, but a few others who tried to educate you because you have continued to pursue these far-fetched, romanticized, Vito Scaletta ass characters that were and still are not at all okay. You were given a fair shot after WCC leadership was warned about your prior antics in the hopes that it could be corrected as you showed genuine promise in the past but of course you fumbled it and instead were stubborn and argumentative after being approached due to the fact that you continued the Torelliception by creating and RPing as James Torelli, who of course was related to your character Vincent Torelli while having an ongoing CK appeal for ratting on the faction IC. Not to mention, your characters all look the same, act the same and dress the same with the same shitty 70-80s aesthetic that you seem to have an obsession for. Your subsequent response was to then play rat and try to weasel members away from the faction in hopes of starting your own thing since your poor portrayal was not going to be tolerated by anybody in leadership and you were subsequently blacklisted I have zero interest in getting into a back and forth with you. All that is needed to be said has been said. Move on bro. You are the problem.
