1. Probably one of the biggest issues. You run into a majority of what's clearly Europeans or non-black individuals creating stereotypical caricatures of Black Americans whether due to media, racism, or just straight up trolling. Not only do the majority of Euros on the server have zero real clue how America works, but they also have -1000 idea on what it means to be Black in America and the culture that surrounds us so 9/10 you're going to have a bad experience. This goes hand in hand with the pop-up gangs, characters and DMers who plague the server and the area of Davis/Jamestown causing the entire Black gang/OC community to look horrible and to be judged (sometimes harsher than necessary). The area and style of RP also continually attracts the worst of RPers and I don't think there is really anything that can be done there except for harsher punishments for those who go out of their way to cause problems and start up mayhem. 2. Bias. This is where people want to get touchy and not just be 100 about it but let's keep it real. For a number of already listed reasons, some simple and some complex there is a clear ongoing bias when it comes to how other scenes are supported in comparison to the black scene. One of the main reasons in my personal opinion is due to the fact that you have a large number of members in Staff from different teams that are in these scenes in comparison to the black scene. That being said, Staff have every right to enjoy their choice of RP as we all do and it's ridiculous to say otherwise but if you've been around since 2021, it's quite obvious and clear as day the trajectory of the gradual takeover, support from IFM (whether through supplier or official/unofficial faction acceptance, etc) and subsequent dominance of the Eurasian OC, Asian OC, White RP, and Surenos up to now. This does not at all take away from the solid RPers that reside in any of these communities and have spent months and years developing their factions/concepts, but a spade is a spade. These factions are supported and even at times protected in ways that black factions haven't seen in years if at all. There's a ton of issues, some being of the gang communities own making, but these definitely sit at the top for me personally.

Tasers would fall under Level 4 in the Use of Force Continuum which already means if you pulled it, you better have a damn good reason to do so cause you're just one away from Level 5 which constitutes as using Lethal Force. Deploying a taser inside a facility isn't some small matter either and comes with a ton of paperwork and review after said event so if its not already a practice within the faction, I'd recommend if any taser is deployed, the person who deployed it must write up an incident report and a supervisor will review, forwarding it up the necessary chain of command. If you can articulate why you used that level of force in whatever went down? Cool, that's the end of it. Let's leave this up to SD.
