  2. In the future to make it usable and having a purpose, absolutely, why not. Right now? There are other things and priorities that need to be addressed. An example to this being crashes and ensuring that the server is functional for all. It'd be cool though, if you'd transport milk to my cat with that big truck. 🥛

    Speed Bumps

    From the visuals of the suggested mod, though, as long as it's not a wall and not a solid cornered object like a wall, it should be fine, and as long as it serves as a speed bump. Having these, would make people thing twice before squeezing that "W" to the maximum. I'd be down for having these.
  4. Whyyyy, what? Why is this a problem? If someone has an issue they need to take care of, they should prioritize that. There are instances when people have to actually disconnect and then you can resume roleplay at a later day. I get a lot of amazon packages, so I gotta take them, otherwise they'll send them back to the storage place.

  7. That's right here is a prime example of how not obvious all of this is. The color of the blood does not depend on how dry or wet it actually is. Yes, it does change shade based on its liquidity and the background it is on, just because that's how our eyes perceive it. The difference between the darker blood and brighter blood is the oxygen, also known as O2. Arterial blood, oxygen-rich blood is going to be a brighter color than the deoxygenated blood (blood that carries little to no oxygen), also known as veinious blood. In real life, on the scene, you will not be able to tell whether it is oxygenated or deoxygenated blood just because of how many shades there are (i.e., the background), unless that blood is on a white piece of paper. Jumping back to the suggestion... all it should say is whether the blood is dry or not, that's all you get when you walk a crime scene as well. You either find some fresh traces (it is referred to the blood that's not dried) or dried blood, that's all. Nobody knows (until forensic examination takes place) whether it is... oxygenated, deoxygenated, whether it carries diseases or not. Sorry, but that's my forensics take on this.

    Weapon recoil.

    I have seen and experience a lot of laser shootings, especially when you just get sprayed from across the street and all of the bullets are going nearly straight. Adding something like recoil and instability to the weapons, making it, or at least trying to shift it towards something realistic would be a great idea to have. You can then have attachments that can stabilize or assist with that recoil to some extent.
  11. Do-able and @Fireworks (a player) will be there. I don't see a reason, like people above mentioned, why you shouldn't be able to submit a report in-game and take it from there, especially if it's something that you have been organizing in advance and preparing for it.

  13. I did not even know that was possible. Even thought the injuries may not correspond to the actual injuries that you'd be roleplaying, just by having the visual, it gives a different sense of immersion which would only benefit the players. You could see that someone is visibly injured without having to use any commands, and if you wish to further roleplay on those injuries, you could see in their /examine. I'd love to see this implemented.

    Housing

    The reason why property requests are currently closed is because (from what I have read) they are working on some adjustments, making some changes before they open it back up. I believe Nervous has responded somewhere explaining it in greater detail. It'll open back up whenever they finish the things they're working on. Now... can you still buy properties? Yes, people still own some and sell them. Is it rare? Most likely. https://forum.gta.world/en/forum/64-properties/ What else? On the UCP you will only (at least for now) see the apartments that are for sale, which are in the city. That's all that you can purchase from the server right now, the rest will have to go through the players.
