  1. Again, not true. Ever since the script has been released, the average has been around 1-2 vehicle fires a week (if that), which significantly slowed down after we entered the month of September. Other agencies still roleplay the investigation part afterwards which offers roleplay afterwards. That, alongside interacting with the curious citizens of Los Santos which don't get to experience vehicle fires every day. Not everyone feels like you and I really hope you can see how saying this can give a wrong impression from you. Hopefully your opinion changes in the future as scenes like these promote good bonding experience alongside cooperation with other agencies as well.
  2. Nobody mentioned property fires, the discussion is about vehicle torchings only, alongside if you are a firefighter within LSFD your attitude to nobody cares about vehicle fires is worrying. It's roleplay regardless which shouldn't be swept under the rug just because it's not convenient to yourself. These spamming of fires happened maybe within the first week of the script being out, alongside 10 within the same day being heavily exagaratting. The last month had maybe 5 vehicle fires in total.
  3. I agree with this. People shouldn't be at mercy of FD's Firefighters being online in order to torch a vehicle, whilst this may be viable during peaktimes with them online, they can't guarantee being on duty 24/7. Admins have access to /firemanager command alongside with San Fire as well. Fire goes out after a certain amount of time if it hasn't been put out anyway. FD will always be paged to the scene if any agency is responding to it, so it's not like they aren't given the opportunity to get some firefighting roleplay going. +1, remove it please.
  4. Can we stop suggesting same scripts all over which have always been denied in the past lmfao
  5. Hasn't been used in any activities related to crime. Practically new. ((/vstats)) Asking price: $65,000
  6. As long as the K menu is still available and not removed completely, yes.
  7. +1 to this. If scripts are going to be blocked by needing firefighters online, then people should be able to see when they can do these torchings. People could easily be confused by executing all the roleplay then being blocked without knowing whether they can or can't do it.
  8. I don't know but with current situation it's nearly impossible to get a property unless you overpay for one or request it. Thank you for caring.
  9. Treated in the sense that they don't appear on the map. I'm not talking about apartments with lobbies, I'm pretty certain ever since they removed the houses from the map, it effected the standalone apartments as well, as I've yet to seen a single one for sale on the map since they changed the feature. I'm not saying it's wrong to lock houses and businesses behind apps, I couldn't care less personally. I'm talking about standalone apartments being gatekept in the sense that they don't appear on the map and that you have to physically go door to door to check whether they appear for sale or not on the map.
  10. I agree that you can't trust the community, hence why PM exists for a reason to enforce this. If someone was doing that In Rancho, they should've been reported but my guess tells me everyone rather complains about how the system is rather than doing something about it. I don't see how me supporting other suggestions has any effect on this topic, but you do you. You're also wrong if you think I care about money on this server, I don't. You're fine to give your opinion and I agree that resellers are a problem which is why we've got a terrible market for properties. Gatekeeping standalone apartments just because people used to buy houses off the map.gta.world is wrong.
  11. A large amount of them is already in hands of PM to begin with. Finding a house for sale is a quite small chance these days. Problem stands that hundreds of standalone apartments can't be seen for sale throughout the entire city because they count as 'standalone' and are treated as houses. You have to run through entire neighborhoods door by door to find one for sale. You can see how that makes little to no sense let alone risking that you get called on to the cops for looking suspicious or even risking getting robbed because there's no other way of finding these apartments. With how small the supply is alongside a large demand of them, it makes no sense to keep standalone properties invisible on the map.
  12. Property management exists for a reason to distribute these houses out to the roleplayers there. I'm sure no legal rper without proper background to fit in the area would want to live in south central to begin with. You're over oxerexaggarating it.
  13. @Mossey Just to confirm, you do have your RAM on two sticks, yea?
  14. You can disable getting invites in privacy settings
  15. Name: China#1 Comment: They too busy sipping coffee in Hawick rather than doing their jobs properly...
  16. This shouldn't be limited to only certain individuals who are part of factions, if you see dumb graffitis let public works know and they'll clean it up so they get some roleplay outta it or get an admin involved
  17. Price: $185,000 (( /VSTATS ))
