If you win a million dollars then you can probably afford a few thousand dollars to hire a security guard or two to escort you out of the casino to the bank at minimum. It's dumb enough you carry a whole million in cash with you. Rather than limiting what people can rob others for, people should simply be smarter. If anything, ask for a transfer at the casino instead or such. Getting followed from a casino or a bank on your way to home isn't exactly uncommon, as much as I dislike the way robberies go on this server.

Right now it only shows apartments with floor and room script. Even if standalone apartments or properties aren't houses, a lot of people still prefer them over normal apartments.

Not everyone agrees with applying for a house. These applications are longer than actual job applications in real life, and even if you put in effort, you're not guaranteed to get a house. There's too much burecracy.

All the regulations and gate keeping by PM made the housing market very much like California's. Even finding a normal appartment is a task now. Too much berucracy and not enough supply to the market does this. One of the solutions to this would be showing the standalone properties for sale on the map.gta.world again, but due to people using various scripts to see when something popped up for sale, got removed.

People don't realize how much effort goes through doing casefiles as a Detective or as an entity conducting investigations... It's a very big blow when doing casefiles when people constantly namechange, PK out of the investigation, go inactive... but the every now and then when you're able to hook a person and get them arrested and afterwards get the scenario that OP described above is very demotivating. System was better when 30 criminal points was the cap. But people cry just about any suggestion which seems a little inconvenient to them these days anyway so I don't expect stuff to change as it was.
