  1. History: The Playboy Crips (PBG) also known as the Playboy Gangster Crips (PBGC) is a predominantly African-American gang located in the Westside of Los Angeles. The Playboys have been around for 30 years ago, creating names for themselves. They have turf that spreads from Pico Blvd and La Cienega Blvd and Hauser Blvd. During the history of the gang, they have had numerous crimes and convictions including, Homicides, Drug Trafficking, and Murders. On the day of May 21, 2013 a couple of individuals had went to headlines from the Playboys Gangster Crips as they had been involved in a shooting and killing of Oscar Duncan. They had a big war going on with the Venice Shoreline Crips, they had gunned down the individual in the area of Venice. Rumors have gone around as the Playboys Gangster Crips had a misidentification of the male. On October 26, 1987 a while ago, the LAPD and the gang unit had a gang injunction on the Playboys Gangster Crips. Reynier Village is an area known around the Playboys Gangster Crips. Robertson Boulevard and the busy Olin Street, Reynier Village is a small neighborhood on the Westside of Los Angeles. It has busy civilians and a lot of attractions around the area, having an Elementary School and a high rate of African-Americans, as blacks make up 56% of the population. Playboys Gangster Crips have turf that runs through liquor stores from “Walt’s Liquor Store” to the Village. Playboys turf has the Robertson Boulevard Bahamas Complex is mainly being dominated by whites, blacks are often disrespected with racial comments as there is an ongoing war with the race politics around the Village. BEDFORD BOYS (BBS) Bedford Boys is an active clique in the PBGC gang, having teenagers and groups of individuals that are little. Under the influence of the older people in PBGC, they are menaces to the area of La Cienega making money and protecting the area of Reynier Village. It is known to also have a tight clique with the other clique TLS. As the two cliques team up against rival gangs like Venice Shoreline Crips and Rollin’ 40 Crip. They also have an ongoing war with the MGC (Mansfield Gangster Crips) having interactions with the active gangs that lead to shootouts and stabbings. Once the injunction hit the hood of PBGC they started to slow down when it came to the drugs, money, and guns. They had trafficking going on in 2009 with TLS (an active clique in PBGC) as the gang unit had searched a warehouse finding all sorts and kinds of drugs, like Cocaine (80g) and Weed (40G) as the gang injunction was in process. Soon enough the cliques stopped being reckless as they always stopped fighting with other gangs, this was their moment to focus on money for the gang and the community. A history cycled as wars began to erupt from La Cienega and Hauser Blvd, after the failed attempt on Keenon Spelman a/k/a Slugger, a hoover gang member. These actions had occurred during the injunction after the attempts on focusing on the community. Music had came from the young people of BBS as rappers and young music entertainers had come from BBS. 25TH TLS (TINY LOCS) Tiny Locs is considered to be one of the first cliques ever made in PBGC. As it has struck the streets of La Cienega and it was led by Wendell Thompson, knowing the PBGC they were a middle-aged group of individuals chasing the same thing as the BBS. Money, Drugs, and doing things that the older people in PBGC or the people in PBGC would tell them. They have a heavy war going on with the gang MGC (W/S Mansfield Gangster Crips) as they have a bloodshed rivalry when it comes to shootings, and fighting. In the early 90’s the war had came to a pause due to the gang injunction from the LAPD, TLS had a 3 strike rule as well as many other gangs from the LAPD, TLS had a big boom in the business for drugs, trafficking, and making sales with the drugs used. One time, a group of individuals were found at the nearest park around the area (near Hauser Blvd) suspected to be PBGC as the agencies in LAPD had caught groups of weapon traffickers and drug traffickers at the park, selling the items to local people around the area. In 2009, the agencies in the lock had shut down the area as local cops and law enforcement passed by the area. TLS and BBS had an idea and moved a couple of streets down La Cienega having the subset on 25th street.
