    So under that logic people whom get in shoot-outs with eachother are serial killers IRL, people whom rob others are burglars IRL, lets not get ahead of ourselves here, get a grip. IC is IC. If you have problems differentiating IC from OOC then you're part of the problem. I agree with the fact that racism is excessive right now but this is not the way.

    Hello friends.

    As you can see, Acid has covered most of the accusations thrown our way in this report. I'd like to start off by saying that I was carrying a dufflebag. This was before the implemented update that fixes duffles to be visible on your character. I'd also like to add that we were not ''just roaming with long rifles.'' Our faction was in a very particular situation maybe 10-20 minutes before the scenario between you and I. It warranted us to carry said rifles around and I feel like this plays a big factor due to the fact that you're trying to depict us as some rifle-toting deathmatchers.  I enter, the first thing I hear is ''I will blast all of you.'' Which in my opinion, is a very outrageous thing to say for anyone, let alone for an off duty law enforcement officer. You thought it was normal and reasonable to tell four criminals that you're going to blast all of them. Not only that, you back up and aim your gun DIRECTLY towards us which brings me to the second part of this report. 

    I insta-pulled my fire-arm because I thought you were going to start shooting. This is a fair assessment based off the fact that you literally said ''You were going to blast all of us'', coupled with the fact that you indeed backed away to get a better position. I was under the impression that if you were in immediate danger of being shot at, you weren't required to roleplay anything in terms of withdrawing or using your firearm. Regardless of what happened, you also are the first one to shoot their gun which pretty much proves the point I was trying to make when I said that you were about to shoot at us. 

    I'd like to say though that this is outrageous to me. What you're saying is that you're trying to make an example out of the three of us based off of previous scenarios / situations you have been through just because you weren't having a good day or what-ever? Because lets keep it real... If this situation genuinely pissed you off so much you shelved your character and gave the business back to PM then I dont know what to tell you, but I feel like you're taking things out on the three of us and making it seem like this situation got to you more than it actually did, just so the admins look at this report differently. Paired with the fact that you went through the trouble of skimming through the chat-logs you added to the evidence portion to make it seem like we were being malicious. How about you add the proper logs, including the ones where you said you'd murder all four of us.

     

    I'd also like to mention that I find it extremely odd to see that two SD officers somehow, for what-ever reason, came RIGHT back to the gym after Jacob Kusiak was killed. Only to then come STRAIGHT to Paleto, knocking on the door of the building we were then holed up in which led to the arrest of two faction members. They also claimed ''FOUR'' suspects, which is even more odd since only two suspects were actually seen on CCTV and seen at the spot police had pulled up to. I'll drop a picture of the IC news article below.

    Like I was saying.... Kind of odd how they know about the two additional suspects and the fact that they had to be in Paleto. But it is what it is.

    I wont be replying to what-ever the OP says, if the handling admin has any more questions for me I'll gladly answer.

    I'd like to remind you that all of this could have been prevented if Tony decided to keep his personal opinions to himself. Like I said in the initial report, I had offered him a void out of COURTESY (bro broke 2 or 3 rules). We want nothing to do with this guy and his poor roleplay standards. He didn't only waste my time but also Yox's and Jacooob's time whom were at the scene at the time. His entire reasoning is ''But I was already PK'ed by outlaws''. So rather than a simple void he resorted to two weird forum reports that point fingers at two different factions whom roleplay in the area. The sheer fact that he's a brand new Paleto Bay citizien that has found himself in trouble with not only the local Peckerwoods but also the local MC on both an IC and OOC level (report wise) really says all there needs to be said.
