Sometimes it black screens, sometimes I hear a pop up but can't see the error, I'm on Epic, and it's a completely fresh install of gta

So, basically what happens is, when I'm trying to make my char, and get to the gender options and choose my gender and then press "Start" my game crashes, I've tried troubleshooting literally everything, I've been sitting on the forums for like 3hrs now and still no solution. I'm running gta from epic, everything's on administrator mode n all that stuff. Can someone please help?
