  1. Okay, so you have no proof of this situation actually occurring and cannot name most of the individuals you say were involved? Sounds to me like a fabricated situation.  Lupe Sosa is a troll who has come to our hood before and caused issues. However, I have never shot at either him, or you before. Your friend group is, however, responsible for me getting DM'd a few days ago. I was stomped to death by a member of your friend group on 3/25 and I have the video documentation to prove it.  If me getting killed stems from that situation, then it should be voided because I was already stomped to death in front of the police, and over a fist fight no less. I can provide this video evidence to the handling admin if requested.

  2. Date and Time of incident:  3/31/24 at 16:55

Names of witnesses (if applicable): Jamari Reeves and Kane Johnson

    Your ingame name: Dexter Ross

Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : We pulled up to the TD gas station on Grove Street and were immediately surrounded by masked individuals.  Then with no audible gunshot sounds I took 2 shots to the head and was killed. I would like to know who killed me and what their justification for killing me was. To me this seems like blatant deathmatching. In the video you cannot see anyone pull a weapon and can see that no words were exchanged with whoever shot us.

Accusation 1 (50 words): Death Matching, was shot with literally no warning and I have no idea why.

Reported Player(s) Who Broke it: Unknown (Whoever killed me at 16:55 on 3/31)

Reported Players(s) Faction (if any): Unknown

Evidence: Twitch (Given to me by Kane)

  3. Gotta gives credit when it's due. Nothing but pure rp from the Cycos even as the opps. They've provided the most realistic progression of beef I've experienced so far from a Mexican faction.

  4. This is my evidence from the situation.
    https://streamable.com/qydoa9

It is from Tavion's point of view and showcases how the players who robbed us were robbing us in the heart of our territory, hence my powergame accusations. You can also see Quadell Sutton try and loot a body after a shootout as well, and Ario Norris actually shows up to finish Tavion Lowry.

In the video you can also see how they approached us and asked a question, but while I was typing, Caleb White walks behind me. Him and Ario then pull guns while I am still typing a response to their question and initiate the robbery.

I'm not sure if rules were broken from their side but I believe I acted accordingly.

My character is a hardened gang member and he saw 3 people approach shouting "WHOOP" which is a Blood term. My character is a Crip so he was alert and realistically would have assumed that these members are here for conflict (not a robbery) as gang members don't often rob other gang members unless it is more organized, not a stir-of-the-moment pulling guns out and robbing in the open where it's dangerous.

So when they pulled their guns, I was typing but had I not been typing, I would have immediately pulled my own gun cause my conclusion would be that they're here to open fire on us, not rob us. My character was acting accordingly by pulling his gun to at least try and avoid being killed by rival gang members, who as rivals could have easily killed him after the robbery anyway.

  5. Hi, Dexter Ross here.

I would like to point out that robbing two gang members from a rival faction by just walking straight to their territory constitutes a lack of fear as well. If you're looking for somebody to rob straight up with a gun, you usually want a victim with lots of cash, not a rival gang member. Setting him up? Sure, that's realistic but going to your rival's hood just to rob someone seems to me that you were either targeting gang members specifically for guns or for an excuse to deathmatch.

You are reporting this scene because in your own words, you say you want to "receive the weapon and roleplay as the robbery was successful" which further suggests that you were gun-hungry and chose to target us because you wanted guns or you wanted to shoot knowing this would happen, knowing that as gang members we surely had guns... and as I mentioned earlier, robbing someone who is likely to have a gun is just as a lack of fear RP as it was for me to pull out my gun.

I also personally find it to be an unrealistic portrayal to say "WHOOP" when approaching us as a faction. Gang members are proud to pay homage to their gangs, Crips don't pretend to be Bloods just to get close and rob people.

I will now explain why I believe I acted accordingly. You and Mask_44971_58 who I assume was Caleb White, asked me a question and while I was typing, you decided to initiate the robbery.

My character would pull out a gun the moment he sees a gun being pulled out on him. He is a gang member and is often used to hearing gunshots or being shot at, so when he is being approached by a group acting as "bloods" by shouting WHOOP when approaching, and he himself is a Crip, he is alert but by breaching common courtesy and asking me a question, then pulling guns when I started typing, I could not pull my gun at the same time as you as I believe my character would have because my character wouldn't assume gang members are there to rob him... my characters would assume that you are there to kill him and he was just acting in self-defense which is what I believe is realistic for my character to do as a hardened high-ranking gang member.

I would now like to point out why I believe the reporting party's roleplay was in breach of the Common Courtesy and Powergaming rules.

    1. Common Courtesy
Mask_44971_58 and Ario Norris asked us a question before pulling out their guns when I was typing, one of them even walking behind us while I was still typing a response to their question.

    2. Powergame
Mask_44971_58 and Ario Norris roleplayed a lack of fear by robbing two rival gang members in rival gang territory. Quadell Sutton roleplayed a lack of fear by returning to the scene of a murder to roleplay looting the murdered person's firearm.

I would like to have the character stats of Ario Norris checked to ensure there was no breach in the Robbery rules since I have suspicions to believe he is a rather new character.

A similar situation occurred recently where 4 gang members from far away came down to Grove Street to rob 3 of us. There was a report on the situation and the admin ruled that the situation was a prime example of using a robbery as a means to seek conflict.

Three minors from a rival faction robbing two grown rival gang members in rival gang territory while pretending to be Bloods when they are Crips

You even killed Tavion when all he did was keep his hands up, the poor guy even had 5k in cash waiting to be robbed which tells me that you committed this robbery to get a gun or to get a kill which is either unrealistic roleplay, or deathmatching.

Anyway, this is my only response unless required otherwise by an admin. I do have a question for @Sebz Should I make a separate forum report for my issues with this situation, or can that be handled here? I have provided my issues above and have evidence of the interaction if necessary to prove my claims.
