  2. The Movement The Blood Money Gang also known as Blood Money (BMG) is primarily but not exclusively an African-American drug organization, based on Jamestown Street; Rancho. Formed as a drug organization, Blood Money Gang is widely known to have multiple rap artists inside the group. The group was allegedly created by a popular music artist that goes by the name of “Blood Kris” around late 2016. The group is alleged to be involved in numerous small accounts of illegal activities varying from drug trafficking, illegal gambling, street robberies, and prostitution. Formed around Rancho, Blood Money Gang has people from various cities, some including Houston, Texas, Chicago, Illinois, Cleveland, Ohio, Charleston, South Carolina, and many more. Blood Kris Blood Kris, a twenty-four-year-old African American male growing up around western Davis saw a huge increase in his followers on the Soundcloud platform in early 2015. Kris started music at the age of seventeen in his bedroom with just a broken Kaotica 800C studio microphone and his mother’s laptop. Kris would invite his friends over to his mother’s house when she was leaving for work on her night shift and they would have a huge studio session in his bedroom. At the age of eighteen years, old Blood Kris was moving from his mother’s house to his aunt's house back and forth because of laziness and the lack of income. Kris focused on the music side of things he told his mother multiple times throughout the years he was going to become a famous musician. Around early 2016 after having a huge strike in numbers on the Soundcloud platform reaching around a total of 100,000 plays Kris was arrested and prosecuted with drug trafficking and possession of an illegal firearm. He was then sentenced to 5 years in prison. After serving five years in the Twin Towers Correctional Facility Blood Kris was released back home to the streets of Los Santos. This was a huge moment for Blood Kris because he was able to keep pushing out more music for his fans and also start getting booked for shows. Soon after Kris was released from Twin Towers Correctional Facility Kris had a sit down with some friends and began thinking about a way they could further their talents. After cracking a few jokes with friends and sitting around the house smoking, the group came up with the name “Blood Money Gang”. This was a huge moment for Blood Kris because fans were able to see how Kris and his group operated as well as having a meaning behind his talents. After Kris’ release Kris was not allowed back into his mother’s household so he was forced to live with a cousin of his named Keontae. Kris was able to pay half of his cousin Keontae’s bills as he gained cash from features, beat placements, and shows from his fans, along with some help from his cousin’s girlfriend. In January of 2021 Kris was booked for a show at the Vanilla Unicorn strip club in Davis, Los Santos. He performed his newest two hit singles, including other features from rappers around San Andreas. Later that night around 1am after a finished show Kris and his group exited the club through the back. Kris standing around six foot three inches he stood out from the rest of the group, a masked African American male standing around five foot eight inches approached Kris asking for a photograph. A friend of Kris called him over to talk with another fan, once Kris had his back turned on the original fan that wanted his autograph, shots ringed off. Kris was hit twice in the lower back and once in the arm. The shooter escaped the scene from a getaway driver. Shortly after being shot multiple times Kris was rushed to the Pillbox hospital and was later pronounced deceased. Hanging around Rancho Rancho is a small neighborhood in southern Los Santo, San Andreas. Rancho is surrounded by Davis to the west, La Mesa to the northeast, Cypress Flats to the southeast, and Strawberry to the north. Rancho has a very huge gang presence these days, amplifying a high crime rate. The Rancho housing project is one of the oldest neighborhoods located in Rancho, primarily a residential neighborhood for Mexican American people providing them low-class shelter. The Rancho area holds very small families, small-time businesses and a very big housing project complex to the south. The Rancho housing project complex is controlled by Varrio Rancho 13 but holds a very small home for the Blood Money Gang. Blood Money Gang and Varrio Rancho 13 have built a small friendship since the killing of Blood Kris. Varrio Rancho 13 members can be seen throughout the project complex hanging out with Blood Money Gang members, sometimes smoking joints, friendly fades or just hanging around and talking shit to each other. Varrio Rancho 13 has put on a small influence for Blood Money Gang members, this changes the way Blood Money Gang has income to pay for studio sessions, narcotics, vehicles and many more. Numerous members of Blood Money Gang can often be seen selling narcotics and small firearms around Rancho housing projects.
  3. lmao you on dick worry bout your own faction 😂
  4. The Hoover Criminal Gang (HCG) began as an African-American street gang located in the western district of South Los Santos, San Andreas. Known as the "Hoover Groovers" in its earliest conception, this gang predates the formation of the Crips and Bloods during the late 60s and early 70s era. Their name derives from Grove Street which is situated below Carson Avenue, Davis where the "Hoover Groovers" originated. The W/S 59 Hoover Criminal Gang (commonly referred to as 5-Nine Hoover Criminals) are a long standing Hoover set located in the western district of South Los Santos. Originating in the 1970s, this gang is a subset of the larger Hoover Criminal umbrella. The 59 Hoover Criminals control an area south of the nearby 52 Hoover Gangster Crips, dominating West Grove Street (referred to as Groove Street by members). The 59 Hoover Criminals are long-term rivals of Rollin' 40s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin' 50s Neighborhood Crips, East Coast Neighborhood Crips, and Playboy Hustler Crips, alongside all other rivals of the Hoover Criminal card. The Hoover Criminal Gang adopted its blue and orange colors due to its history with the Crips, later adopting orange in the 1990s to proudly represent their allegiance to the Hoover moniker. They have taken on the Houston Astros' colors, branding, and logo of a blue star within orange outlines, alongside a bolded orange 'H’ to represent Hoover. Out of Character Information: This faction is based on the real life W/S 59 Hoover Criminal Gang, which we will be trying our best to portray. We heavily advise you to do your own research on these gangs and L.A. gang culture. Questions regarding the 59 Hoover Criminals can be directed to Target#2203 on discord or @Barilambi on forums.
  5. I agree, it's pretty difficult to avoid CCTV, regardless of where you are and I honestly think that the rule about continuity just is used when it benefits a certain party and not fairly implemented.
  6. I think the rule should be changed, while I do agree just saying that you RP your character not being very intelligent or not really caring about the consequences of his actions is a lackluster excuse I will say this: When it comes to killing someone (as said case by case basis) there are times when the desire to kill a certain person are higher than they would be with killing someone because of gang beef or something. For example, if someone shot and killed three of my very close friends, my character would want to kill that man not really caring about what happens after that. However, when it comes to my character just wanting to do a hit or retaliate on an opposite faction/group because of a shooting that didn't result in any deaths he would more just wait until the most convenient time to do the hit. But this is besides the point because everybody will have different reasons for wanting to kill a person/people and I think that should be accounting for during a FR/In game report. If the person has a good explanation for them killing someone in broad daylight I think that they should be able to get away with it as this happens A LOT in real life as well as in L.A. which GTAW is based off of.
  7. This shit look fye looking foward to sum RP wit y'all
  8. It's a post about illegal RP, which you can't really talk about without mentioning LSPD, and I didn't mean ICly I meant OOCly. Evading police in game is a different story entirely.
  9. I like RPing in an illegal faction, but it is clear that it is looked down upon by most of the GTAW community. There are certain rules that halt certain actions that should be possible, if a situation involving a report between LSPD vs an illegal factions nine and a half times out of ten LSPD will win. That isn't to say there are no positives, but there is just a lot of stuff that has to change. I also think we have been seeing a very big decline of illegal RPers around, I haven't been on the server too long but from what I have seen/heard there were a lot more people rping in Davis a couple of months ago, but maybe that is for the best. I've started to stop playing World as I see about 5-6 admin situations a day while I am trying to RP and it messes with my experience.
  10. I wasn't here when LTD was open but I have heard there has been a lot less RP in Davis since it has been gone. That being said, I think having a spot such as LTD to have everyone with different ways of RP from Davis and outside of Davis RP, no one goes to the mall, and people are not going to "organize" the type of RP that would come from a natural setting at the LTD. Having rival gangs and such beef at somewhere like the LTD lead to a lot more RP, not to mention interesting RP. Sure people might kill a lot there but that isn't the gas station's fault and that is all an IC thing not an OOC one, if you put yourself in a position to get killed or robbed or whatever else then you deal with the consequences, period.
