I had a personal problem and had to disconnect immediately, as for that person's murder, it goes back a few days ago when a local in that area robbed me and threatened me and I mistook @BilalStrikes character.

Good, the truth is that I just saw the report since I was on vacation for a few days. I was about to kill a guy from the Davis area and he was standing, I got confused and killed him resulting in him not being from that area, it was an ICLI confusion and I am sorry for the mistake as I have a dispute with them for ICLI problems.

The truth is that I have no evidence of the other user. I only intended to execute that series of shots against someone in that neighborhood. And I'm sorry if I violated the established server rules.
